Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan pembelajaran “Produksi Hypermedia”. Sasaran utama dari produk yang dikembangkan yaitu mahasiswa Program Studi Teknologi Pendidikan UNJ. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan alasan bahwa masih terdapat mahasiswa prodi TP UNJ yang masih keliru mengenai konsep hypermedia dan belum memahami proses pengembangan hypermedia. Di samping itu, dosen Prodi TP UNJ juga belum menyediakan bahan pembelajaran mengenai hypermedia secara terpusat. Maka dari itu, penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dan menggunakan model pengembangan Rowntree yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan utama yaitu tahap perencanaan (planning), tahap persiapan penulisan (preparing for writing), serta tahap penulisan dan penyuntingan (writing and re-writing). Dalam proses pengembangan bahan pembelajaran ini pengembang melibatkan 4 dosen Teknologi Pendidikan untuk mendiskusikan isi materi yang disajikan dalam bahan pembelajaran tersebut dengan metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD) sebanyak tiga kali sesuai dengan tahapan model Rowntree. Selain itu, penelitian pengembangan ini telah melalui uji coba pengguna perorangan (face-to-face) kepada 3 orang mahasiswa Prodi TP UNJ perwakilan angkatan 2018-2020. Berdasarkan hasil FGD dan uji coba pengguna tersebut menyatakan bahwa produk bahan pembelajaran cetak yang dihasilkan sudah bagus dan layak digunakan, pengguna juga mengatakan bahwa produk ini sangat bermanfaat. This development research aims to develop "Hypermedia Production" learning materials. The main target of the developed product is students of the Educational Technology Study Program at UNJ. This development research is conducted for several reasons, including the fact that there are still students in the Educational Technology UNJ who are still mistaken about the concept of hypermedia and have not understood the process of developing hypermedia. In addition, lecturers in the Educational Technology UNJ have not yet provided centralized learning materials on hypermedia topics. Therefore, this development research is conducted and uses the Rowntree development model, which consists of three main stages: planning, preparing for writing, and writing and re-writing. In the process of developing this learning material, the developer involves 4 lecturers of the Educational Technology UNJ to discuss the content presented in the learning material using the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method three times in accordance with the Rowntree model stages. In addition, this development research has undergone individual user testing (face-to-face) with 3 students of the Educational Technology UNJ representing the 2018-2020 cohort. Based on the results of the FGD and user testing, it is stated that the printed learning material product produced is good and worthy to be used, and very beneficial.
