Abstract

MEMBANGUN BUDAYA SEHAT DI SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI UJUNG MENTENG 01 PAGI JAKARTA TIMUR (2020) KRISDAYANTI ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) Perencanaan Budaya Sekolah Sehat di SDN Ujung Menteng 01 Pagi (2) Implementasi budaya sekolah sehat (3) Hambatan dalam penerapan budaya sekolah sehat dan cara mengatasinya. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Ujung Menteng 01 Pagi Jakarta Timur selama bulan Oktober 2019 - Januari 2020. Informan penelitian adalah Kepala Sekolah, guru, dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, obsevasi dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles and Huberman yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan dengan triangulasi sumber, metode, dan teori. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan budaya sekolah sehat di SDN Ujung Menteng 01 Pagi dilakukan untuk mempermudah sekolah dalam melakukan implementasi budaya sekolah sehat dengan melakukan sosialisasi, perekrutan dokter kecil dan mewujudkan kantin sehat. (2) Implementasi budaya sekolah sehat berpedoman pada Trias UKS yaitu Pendidikan Kesehatan, Pelayanan Kesehatan, dan Pembinaan Lingkungan yang telah dilakukan dalam beberapa program kerja. Implementsi budaya sekolah sehat juga dilihat dari perilaku warga sekolah, kondisi lingkungan sekolah, serta sarana dan prasarana sekolah. (3) Hambatan yang dihadapi sekolah dalam membangun budaya sekolah sehat ada faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal adalah menurunnya tingkat semangat siswa, yang disiasati dengan pemberian motivasi oleh guru. Faktor eksternal adalah kondisi bangunan liar di sekitar lingkungan sekolah, yang telah dilakukan tindakan oleh pihak yang berwenang. Kata Kunci: Perencanaan, Implementasi, Sekolah Sehat   BUILDING A HEALTHY CULTURE IN UJUNG MENTENG PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 01 PAGI EAST JAKARTA (2020) KRISDAYANTI ABSTRACT This research aims to describe: (1) Healthy school culture planning at SDN Ujung Menteng 01 Pagi (2) Implementation of a healthy school culture (3) Obstacles in the application of healthy school culture and how to overcome them. This research is a descriptive qualitative. The legal study conducted in SDN Ujung Menteng 01 Pagi East Jakarta, during October 2019 – January 2020. The research informants are headmaster, teachers and students. Methodology of collecting data used interviews, observation and documentation. Methodology of data analysis use the interactive models Miles and Huberman such us reduction of data, presentation of data, and the conclusion.Methodelogy of validity with triangulation sources, method, and theory. The result showed that: (1) Healthy school culture planning at SDN Ujung Menteng 01 Pagi is done to facilitate in implementing healthy school culture by conducting socialization, recruiting litle doctors and creating a healthy canteen. (2) The implementation of healthy school culture is guidelines by the Trias UKS, that is health education, health care and environmental development that has been done in some work programs. The implementation of healthy school culture can also be seen from the behaviour of the school community, the condition of school environment and school facilities and infrastructure. (3) Obstacles faced by school in building a healthy school culture there have internal and external factors. Internal factors are decreased levels of student spirit, which are handled by giving motivation by the teachers. External factors are the condition of illegal buildings around the school environment, which have been taken over by the authorities. Keywords: Planning, Implementation, Healthy School
