Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas belajar, motivasi belajar, dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran hubungan masyarakat kelas XI OTKP SMK Negeri di Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama lima bulan yaitu mulai dari Oktober 2022 – Februari 2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan penyebaran kuesioner melalui Google formulir. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah SMKN yang memiliki jurusan OTKP di Jakarta Barat yang sebanyak enam sekolah dan untuk sampel penelitian diambil sebanyak tiga sekolah. Populasi dari tiga sekolah adalah sebanyak 214 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 133 siswa, jumlah ini didapatkan dari perhitungan yang berdasarkan tabel Isaac dan Michael. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode area propotional random sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder menggunakan kuesioner yang berdasarkan skala likert untuk variabel independen sedangkan untuk variabel dependen menggunakan data sekunder yang didapatkan dari pihak sekolah yang dijadikan tempat penelitian berupa hasil nilai penilaian tengah semester ganjil 2021/2022. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan aplikasi perhitungan SmartPLS yang terdiri dari outer model dan inner model. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan path alogarithm yang sudah di boostrapping dengan melihat nilai T statistik. Pada penelitian ini T tabel sebesar 1,656. Thitung pada variabel fasilitas belajar adalah 2,127 > Ttabel 1,656 maka dapat disimpulkan fasilitas belajar memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar. Thitung pada variabel motivasi belajar adalah 1,806 > Ttabel 1,656 maka dapat disimpulkan motivasi belajar memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar. Thitung pada variabel disiplin belajar adalah 2,204 > Ttabel 1,656 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel disiplin belajar memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar. Kemudian dari perhitungan F square maka dapat dikatakan bahwa masing-masing variabel memiliki rentang nilai 0,03 – 0,30 di mana ketiga variabel independen memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel dependen. Terakhir uji koefisien determinasi menggunakan R square mendapatkan nilai sebesar 0,109 atau 10,9%, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel independen memiliki pengaruh sebesar 10,9% terhadap hasil belajar sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of learning facilities, learning motivation, and learning discipline on the learning outcomes of class XI OTKP public relations subjects of SMK Negeri in West Jakarta. This research was carried out for five months, starting from October 2022 – February 2023. The research method used in this study is a survey method with the dissemination of questionnaires through google forms. The population in this study was SMKN which had an OTKP major in West Jakarta which was six schools and for the research sample three schools were taken. The population of the three schools is 214 students. The sample in this study was 133 students, this number was obtained from calculations based on the tables of Isaac and Michael. The sampling technique uses the area propotional random sampling method. The data collection in this study is secondary data using a questionnaire based on a likert scale for independent variables while for dependent variables using secondary data obtained from the school used as the research site in the form of the results of the odd midterm assessment value 2021/2022. The analysis technique used in this study was to use the SmartPLS calculation application which consists of an outer model and an inner model. Hypothesis testing uses a boostrapping alogarithm path by looking at statistical T values. In this study T table was 1,656. The calculation on the learning facility variable is 2,127 > Ttabel 1,656, so it can be concluded that learning facilities have a positive influence on learning outcomes. Calculating on the learning motivation variable is 1.806 > Ttabel 1.656 then it can be concluded that learning motivation has a positive influence on learning outcomes. The calculation on the learning discipline variable is 2,204 > Ttabel 1,656 then it can be concluded that the learning discipline variable has a positive influence on learning outcomes. Then from the calculation of F square, it can be said that each variable has a range of values of 0.03 – 0.30 where all three independent variables have a simultaneous influence on the dependent variable. Finally, the coefficient of determination test using R square got a value of 0.109 or 10.9%, so it can be concluded that independent variables have an influence of 10.9% on learning outcomes the rest are influenced by other factors that are not described in this study. Based on the results of the research conducted, there is a positive influence between independent variables and dependent variables.
