Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan cross back dan latihan ghunters terhadap keseimbangan pada siswa ekstrakurikuler sepatu roda SD Islam Al Azhar 19 Sentra Primer. Penelitian ini bertempat di Jl, Dr. Soemarno – Sentra Primer Baru Timur 13, RT. 13/RW.8, Pulo Gebang, Kec Cakung, Kota Jakarta Timur , Jakarta pada tanggal 10 September 2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain two group pretest dan posttest design. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan ordinal pairing untuk menentukan kelompok cross back dan kelompok ghunters. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler sepatu roda SD Islam Al Azhar 19 Sentra Primer yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes awal modified bass test of dynamic balance untuk siswa ekstrakurikuler sepatu roda di SD Islam Al Azhar 19 Sentra Primer. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji hipotesis dengan analisis uji t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis Hasil uji t pertama menunjukan t-hitung (1,868) > t-tabel (1,833), dari hasil tersebut diartikan cross back berpengaruh terhadap keseimbangan. Sedangkan hasil uji t kedua menunjukan t-hitung (5,789) > t-tabel (1,833), dari hasil tersebut diartikan ghunters berpengaruh terhadap keseimbangan. Hasil uji t cross back dan ghunters t-hitung (3,125) > t-tabel (2,101), berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan ada perbedaan pengaruh terhadap kelompok cross back dan kelompok ghunters dimana kelompok ghunters lebih berpengaruh terhadap keseimbangan dibandingkan kelompok cross back. This study aims to determine the effect of cross back training and ghunters training on balance in extracurricular roller skate students at Al Azhar Islamic Primary School 19 Sentra Primer. This research is located at Jl, Dr. Soemarno - East New Sentra Primer 13, RT. 13 / RW.8, Pulo Gebang, Kec Cakung, East Jakarta City, Jakarta on September 10, 2019. The method used in this study is an experimental method with two group pretest and posttest design. Sampling uses ordinal pairing to determine the cross back group and the ghunters group. The subjects of the study were extracurricular roller skate students at Al Azhar Islamic Primary School 19 Sentra Primer with a total of 20 students. Data collection was carried out with the initial modified bass test of dynamic balance test for extracurricular roller skate students at Al Azhar Islamic Primary School 19 Sentra Primer. Data analysis techniques using hypothesis testing with t test analysis. Based on the analysis of the results of the first t test showed t-count (1,868)> t-table (1,833), from these results interpreted cross back effect on balance. While the results of the second t test showed t-count (5,789)> t-table (1,833), from the results interpreted ghunters influence the balance. Croos back and ghunters t-test results (3.125)> t-table (2.101), based on these results it can be concluded there are differences in influence on the cross back group and ghunters group where the ghunters group is more influential on balance than the cross back group.
