Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk bahan ajar berupa modul pendidikan dan pelatihan pemadam kebakaran tingkat 1 sub bidang penyelamatan terdiri dari materi keselamatan petugas, medical first responder, self contained breathing apparatus, dan tali menali. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kasatpel pengembangan diklat, pelatih, dan peserta diklat pemadam kebakaran tingkat 1. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan Research and Development menggunakan model pengembangan pembelajaran desain ADDIE. Tahap Analysis berisikan analisis kebutuhan meliputi karakteristik peserta didik, kompetensi peserta didik, bahan ajar dan metode pembelajaran. Tahap Design berisikan pembuatan kerangka perangkat pembelajaran silabus, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan modul. Tahap Development berisikan penyusunan modul dengan hasil validasi oleh ahli. Tahap Implementation berisikan hasil uji coba perorangan dan kelompok kecil yang dilakukan oleh peserta diklat pemadam kebakaran tingkat 1. Tahap Evaluation hasil akhir setelah dilakukan perbaikan berupa masukan dan saran-saran dari ahli maupun peserta diklat. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, angket, dokumentasi dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan metode campuran yaitu kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh ahli perangkat pembelajaran silabus sebesar 3,89 atau 97,3% dan hasil rata-rata untuk rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran sebesar 3,80 atau 95,26%. Hasil rata-rata ahli materi sebesar 3,82 atau 95,68% dan hasil rata-rata ahli media sebesar 3,83 atau 95,91%. Hasil ratarata perolehan dari uji coba perorangan sebesar 3,75 atau 93,75% dan uji coba kelompok kecil sebesar 3,57 atau 89,17%. Sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa modul diklat untuk pemadam kebakaran tingkat 1 sub bidang penyelamatan layak untuk digunakan. ***** This study aims to develop teaching material products in the form of a level 1 firefighter education and training module in the rescue sub-field consisting of officer safety material, medical first responder, self contained breathing apparatus, and rope. The subjects in this study were head of training development, trainers, and level 1 firefighting training participants. This type of research is Research and Development using the ADDIE design learning development model. The Analysis stage contains a needs analysis including learner characteristics, learner competencies, teaching materials and learning methods. The Design stage contains the creation of a learning device framework syllabus, lesson plans and modules. The Development stage contains the preparation of modules with the results of validation by experts. The Implementation stage contains the results of individual and small group trials conducted by level 1 firefighter training participants. The Evaluation stage is the final result after improvement in the form of input and suggestions from experts and training participants. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, questionnaire, documentation and observation. Data analysis uses mixed methods, namely quantitative and qualitative. The results obtained by the syllabus learning device experts were 3.89 or 97.3% and the average results for the lesson plan were 3.80 or 95.26%. The average results of material experts were 3.82 or 95.68% and the average results of media experts were 3.83 or 95.91%. The average results obtained from individual trials were 3.75 or 93.75% and small group trials were 3.57 or 89.17%. So it can be seen that the training module for firefighters level 1 sub-field rescue is suitable for use.
