Abstract
EFEKTIFITAS LATIHAN RUBBER DAN DUMBBEL TERHADAP KECEPATAN PUKULAN KISAME TSUKI PADA ATLET KLUB OLAHRAGA PRESTASI KARATE UNIVERSITAS NEGERI JAKARTA ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjuan untuk mengetahui metode latihan yang lebih efektif antara latihan irubber dan latihan dumbbeli untuk peningkatan kecepatan pukulan kisame tsuki pada atlet Klub Olaharaga Prestasi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan desain Two Group Pretest Posttest yakni rancangan eksperimen yang dilakukan pada dua kelompok berbeda yang mendapatkan latihan yang berbeda.Subjek yang diteliti total berjumlah 14 atlet kumite, di bagi menjadi 2 kelompok 7 atlet latihan rubber dan 7 atlet latihan dumbbell Perlakuan yang diberikan selama 16 kali pertemuan dengan frekuensi 4 kali seminggu memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kecepatan pukulan kisame tsuki. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS vesi 20 dengan Uji T meninukan hasil T hitung latihan rubber 8,826 lebih besar dari T hitung latihan dumbbell 3,334 sehingga latihan rubber lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kecepatan pukulan kisame tsuki daripada latihan dumbbell. Kata Kunci : Kisame Tsuki, Rubber, Dumbbell THE EFFECTIVENESS OF RUBBER AND DUMBBEL TRAINING ON KISAME TSUKI'S HITTING SPEED IN ATHLETES AT THE JAKARTA STATE UNIVERSITY’S SPORTS CLUB *************** ABSTRACT This study aims to find out a more effective training method between rubber exercises and dumbbell exercises to increase Kisame Tsuki's punching speed in athletes at the Achievement Sports Club, Jakarta State University. The design of this study was a quantitative study using the Two Group Pretest Posttest design, namely an experimental design carried out in two different groups who received different training. The subjects studied totaled 14 kumite athletes, divided into 2 groups of 7 rubber training athletes and 7 practicing athletes. dumbbell The treatment given for 16 meetings with a frequency of 4 times a week had an effect on increasing Kisame Tsuki's punching speed. Data processing using SPSS version 20 with the T test showed that the T count for rubber exercises was 8.826 which was greater than the T count for dumbbell exercises 3.334 so that rubber exercises were more effective for increasing Kisame Tsuki's punching speed than dumbbell exercises.
