Abstract

*ABSTRAK* Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses apakah pemain melakukan Finishing dan faktor apa saja yang mengakibatkan kegagalan Finishing para pemain Persikota Tangerang Pada Pertandingan Liga 3 Nasional 2022. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis. Penelitian ini bermaksud mengetahui jumlah keberhasilan dan kegagalan dalam melakukan proes Finishing pada tim Persikota Tangerang Pada Pertandingan Liga 3 Nasional 2022. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan pengamatan dengan vidio dokumenter vidio.com Liga 3 Nasioanal 2022. Hasil data keseluruan di bagi menjadi dua, dalam 88 kejadian proses Finishing yang di gunakan Tim Persikota Tangerang memiliki 16 kejadian berhasil dengan presentase 18,2% dan kegagalan 72% dengan Presentase 81,8% dalam proses Finishing tim Persikota Tangerang. Saran yang dapat di berikan, yang pertama lebih meningkatkan penerapan proses Finishing, kedua lebih efektif lagi dalam melakukan Finishing, ketiga lebih menyesuaikan kapasitas pemain terutama pemain penyerang agar lebih efektif melakukan Finishing, keempat lebih menyesuaikan dalam taktik menyerang bertahap lawan yang akan di hadapi. Dan yang terakhir menjadi bahan evaluasi dalam program latihan selanjutnya. *ABSTRACT* The goal of this study is to know whether Players are Finishing and what factors resulting in the failure to finish the tangent tackle on national league 3, 2022. It includes a quantitative descriptive study with technical analysis. The study aims to find out the number of successes and failures in doing proes Finishing on the tangent press team at the 2022 national league championships. The data retrieval technique on this research is by observing with video documentaries, vidio, national league 3 national 2022. Overall data results in two, in the 88 events of the finish with the tangent press team, 16 events occurred with a 18.2% line-based rating and a 72% failure with an 81.8% percentage in the process of ending the persikota team. The advice can be given, the first to enhance the application of the Finishing process, the second more effective at Finishing, the third more adjusting the Player's capacity especially the attacker's Player to be more effective at Finishing, the fourth more adjusting in the incrementally attacking tactics of the opponent to be faced. And the last is for evaluation in the next exercise program.
