Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari penggunaan media pembelajaran Assemblr EDU pada materi karakteristik lapisan atmosfer di kelas X SMAN 36 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan media pembelajaran Assemblr EDU secara eksperimen dengan bentuk Nonrandomized Control Group Pretest Post-test Design yang melibatkan dua kelompok kelas yaitu kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket respon peserta didik terhadap penggunaan media pembelajaran Assemblr EDU dan tes kemampuan aspek kognitif peserta didik. Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan terdiri dari uji coba instrumen yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta uji persyaratan analisis data yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji N-Gain. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan media Assemblr EDU mengalami peningkatan dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Hasil pengujian Independent Sample T-Test menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara data pretest dan post-test dengan perolehan nilai Sig. 0,000 yang berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima dikarenakan nilai Sig. < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil uji N-Gain Score bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran Assemblr EDU pada kelas eksperimen dinyatakan efektif dengan perolehan nilai 71,069%, sedangkan untuk uji N-Gain Score kelas kontrol memperoleh nilai 55,32% dengan kategori kurang efektif. Kemudian berdasarkan rekapitulasi penilaian angket terhadap media Assemblr EDU, dengan total skor 83,15% yang tergolong kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil beberapa uji disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran Assemblr EDU efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar aspek kognitif peserta didik pada materi pada materi karakteristik lapisan atmosfer di kelas X SMAN 36 Jakarta. ********** The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the use of Assemblr EDU learning media on atmospheric layer characteristics in class X SMAN 36 Jakarta. This study used the Assemblr EDU learning media experimentally in the form of a Nonrandomized Control Group Pretest Post-test Design which involved two class groups, namely the control class and the experimental class which were selected by purposive sampling technique. The instruments used in this study were student response questionnaires to the use of EDU Assemblr learning media and tests of students' cognitive aspects of abilities. The data analysis technique used consisted of instrument trials namely validity and reliability tests and data analysis requirements tests namely normality test, homogeneity test and N-Gain test. In this study it was found that the average learning outcomes of the experimental class using Assemblr EDU media had increased compared to the control class. The results of the Independent Sample T-Test showed that there was a significant difference between the pretest and post-test data with the Sig. 0.000 which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted because the value of Sig. < 0.05. Based on the results of the N-Gain Score test that the use of Assemblr EDU learning media in the experimental class was declared effective with an acquisition value of 71.069%, while for the N-Gain Score test the control class obtained a value of 55.32% in the less effective category. Then based on the recapitulation of the questionnaire assessment of the Assemblr EDU media, with a total score of 83.15% which is classified as a very good category. Based on the results of several tests, it was concluded that the Assemblr EDU learning media was effective in increasing the cognitive aspects of students' learning outcomes in the material on the characteristics of the atmosphere layer in class X SMAN 36 Jakarta.
