Abstract

Saskia Yuliandra Putri, Penyalahgunaan Lahan Pemakaman Umum untuk Permukiman oleh Masayarakat di Kelurahan Rawabunga. Skripsi. Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan IPS, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data tentang penyalahgunaan lahan pemakaman umum untuk permukiman oleh masyarakat di Kelurahan Rawabunga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode penelitian kualitatif melalui teknik pemgumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah Dinas Satpol PP Kelurahan Rawabunga, Pegawai Kantor TPU Kober Rawabunga, dan masayarakat Kelurahan Rawabunga yang tinggal di dalam lahan pemakaman umum Kober. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam kurun waktu bulan Mei hingga Juni 2023. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa perilaku masyarakat di Kelurahan Rawabunga dalam merencanakan penyalahgunaan lahan pemakaman umum untuk permukiman meliputi sikap terhadap perilaku, norma subjektif dan presepsi kontrol perilaku. Kemudian dampak terjadinya penyalahgunaan lahan pemakaman umum untuk permukiman oleh masyarakat di Kelurahan Rawabunga diataranya adalah terciptanya peluang lapangan pekerjaan baru, degradasi moral, terbentuknya permukiman liar. Thesis. Jakarta: IPS Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences, Jakarta State University, 2023. This study aims to obtain data on the misuse of public cemetery land for settlements by the community in the Rawabunga Village. The research method used is a qualitative research method through data collection techniques with observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. The subjects of this study were the Municipal Police in Rawabunga, Employees of the Rawabunga Kober TPU Office, and the Rawabunga Village community who live in the Kober public cemetery. This research was conducted from May to June 2023. The results of the study concluded that the behavior of the community in Rawabunga Village in planning the misuse of public cemetery land for settlements includes attitudes towards behavior, subjective norms and perceptions of behavior control. Then the impact of the misuse of public cemetery land for settlements by the community in the Rawabunga Village includes the creation of new job opportunities, moral degradation, the formation of squatter area.
