Abstract

Herawati, Pembentukan Karakter Mandiri melalui Program Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (Studi kualitatif pada kelas X di SMA Negeri 53 Jakarta). Skripsi, Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembentukan karakter mandiri melalui program penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 53 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dimulai pada bulan Mei hingga Juni 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode dekriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi program penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila, wawancara dilakukan kepada satu key informan yaitu kepala sekolah, dua informan guru fasilitator, serta enam informan siswa kelas X dengan ditambahkan satu pendapat ahli dan studi dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila dalam membentuk karakter mandiri pada siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 53 Jakarta dilakukan oleh guru fasilitator yang diawali dengan perancangan kegiatan projek yang meliputi, desain, modul, tema dan sistematika penilaian. Pelaksanaan projek berlandaskan pada tahap pertama pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa, kedua pembiasaan, keteladanan dan pemberian reward/apresiasi dan ketiga kegiatan presentasi, kolaboras kelompok dan selebrasi hasil karya projek. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa karakter mandiri siswa dapat terbentuk melalui rangkaian kegiatan program penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila. Siswa menjadi tanggung jawab terhadap pengumpulan tugas, datang tepat waktu dan menjaga kebersihan kelas. Siswa tidak bergantung pada orang lain dalam mengerjakan tugas dan dapat percaya diri dalam menyampaikan ide dan argumen dalam kolaborasi kelompok diskusi. Karakter mandiri siswa terbentuk dengan adanya pemahaman dan pengalaman siswa tentang nilai-nilai Pancasila yang diintegrasikan ke dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, pembelajaran yang dilakukan melalui pendekatan aktif dan kreatif, serta dukungan dari lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pelaksanan profil pelajar Pancasila di SMAN 53 Jakarta sudah berjalan dengan baik sehingga dapat membentuk karakter yang baik pada siswa melalui pembiasaan-pembiasaan yang telah dilaksanakan dapat melatih dan menerapkan kemadirian untuk di masa depan. Dalam pelaksanaan program penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila membentuk karakter siswa akan kesadaran akan nilai-nilai Pancasila, sehingga setiap siswa dapat menjadi pribadi yang mandiri dan memiliki karakter yang kuat. Herawati, Independent Character Formation Through a Program to Strengthen the Profile of Pancasila students (Qualitative study in class X at SMA Negeri 53 Jakarta). Thesis, Jakarta: Pancasila and Citizenship Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences, Jakarta State University, 2023. This study aims to determine the formation of independent character through a program to strengthen Pancasila Student Profiles for class X students at SMA Negeri 53 Jakarta. This research starts from May to June 2023. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Because it aims to describe the results of informants' opinions regarding the program to strengthen the Pancasila student profile in cultivating student character. The data collection technique was carried out by observing the Pancasila student profile strengthening program, interviews were conducted with one key informant, namely the school principal, two teacher facilitator informants, and six class X student informants with the addition of one expert opinion and documentation study. In this study using data analysis techniques, namely reduction, presentation and conclusion. The findings of this study indicate that the program to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in forming independent characters in class X students at SMA Negeri 53 Jakarta is carried out by a facilitating teacher which begins with designing project activities which include, design, modules, themes and assessment systematics. The implementation of the project is based on the first stage of student-centered learning, the second is habituation, exemplary and giving rewards/appreciation and the third is presentation activities, group collaboration and celebration of project work. The results obtained indicate that the independent character of students can be formed through a series of program activities to strengthen the Pancasila student profile. Students are responsible for collecting assignments, arriving on time and maintaining class cleanliness. Students do not depend on others in doing assignments and can be confident in conveying ideas and arguments in collaborative discussion groups. Students' independent character is formed with students' understanding and experience of Pancasila values which are integrated into everyday life, learning is carried out through active and creative approaches, as well as support from a conducive school environment. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of the Pancasila student profile at SMAN 53 Jakarta has gone well enough so that it can give good character to students through the habits that have been implemented so that they can train and apply independence for the future. In implementing the program to strengthen student profiles Pancasila provides great benefits for students because it can help increase awareness of Pancasila values, so that each student can become an independent person and have a strong character.
