Abstract

Winario, Kebijakan Pemprov Dki Bidang Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Jakarta 1966- 1997. Skripsi. Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Sejarah, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2023 Kesejahteraan sosial merupakan gambaran kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakatnya. Mengetahui perkembangan kesejahteraan pemerintah DKI Jakarta pada masa jabatan Ali Sadikin hingga jabatan Surjadi Soedirdja. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana kondisi kehidupan masrakat Jakarta pada periode 1969-1997. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode sejarah yang terdiri dari 5 tahap diantaranya pemilihan topik, pengumpulan sumber (heuristik), kritik sumber (verifikasi), interpretasi (penafsiran), dan penulisan (historiografi). Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukan dengan adanya pembangunan yang dilakukan oleh pemprov akan berdampak pada kesejahteraan masyarakat. Membangun kota Jakarta yang dimana menjadi pusat pemerintahan sekaligus ekonomi. Kondisi Jakarta awal Jakarta dengan adanya kaum pendatang sehingga pemerintah membangun berbagai fasilitas yang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masrakat, seperti fasilitas pendidikan, ekonomi, perumahan, dan kesehatan. Kebijakan yang telah dikerjakan oleh Pemprov tentunya berdampak untuk masayarakat Jakarta seperti halnya, pembangunan rumah susun serta penataan rumah rumah, kebijakan keluarga berencana untuk menekan pertambahan penduduk, fasilitas pendidikan yang di tingkatkan untuk memperoleh masyarakat yang unggul, dan jaminan sosial upaya pemprov untuk melindungi masyarakat. Bidang ekonomi sendiri pemprov membuka berbagai lapangan kerja dan juga penataan kawasan industri hal ini di lakukan untuk efektifitas penggunaan lahan. Pembangunan yang dilakukan oleh Pemprov DKI dalam kurun waktu 31 tahun dalam bidang kesejahteraan menujukan perubahan. Pembangunan fasilitas kesehatan yaitu Rumah Sakit sebanyak 99 serta perkembangan Puskesmas sebanyak 442, ketersediaan ruang perawatan yang tersedia 15.227. Penduduk perempuan yang menggunakan alat kontrasepsi sebanyak 317.896 dari penduduk perempuan sebanyak 3.694.971 serta kader Posyandu 24.225 dan banyak Posyandu 3.764. Pembangunan yang dilakukan Pemprov pada bidang pendidikan sebanyak 6.924 sekolah serta banyak tenaga pendidik 88.710 dan peserta didik sebanyak 1.654.041. Perkembangan ketanakerjaan tengga kerja yang ada di Jakarta sebnayak 3.646.285 dan didominasi berkerja dalam bidang padat karya. Pembangunan rumah di Jakarta mencapai luas 0,44462208 Km2 . Jaminan sosial yang Pemprov lakukan dengan menjamin berbagai fasilitas penunjang kesejahteraan tersedia dengan baik dan keterjangkauan oleh masyarakat. Kata Kunci : Kebijakan, Kesejahteraan Masyarakat, Pemprov DKI Social welfare is a description of the socio-economic conditions of the community. Knowing the development of the welfare of the DKI Jakarta government during the tenure of Ali Sadikin to the position of Surjadi Soedirdja. This writing aims to see how the living conditions of the people of Jakarta in the period 1969-1997. This research uses the historical method which consists of 5 stages including topic selection, source gathering (heuristics), source criticism (verification), interpretation (interpretation), and writing (historiography). The findings in this study show that the development carried out by the provincial government will have an impact on people's welfare. Building the city of Jakarta which is the center of government as well as the economy. The condition of early Jakarta was Jakarta with the presence of immigrants, so the government built various facilities to meet the needs of the community, such as educational, economic, housing and health facilities. Policies that have been carried out by the Provincial Government certainly have an impact on the people of Jakarta such as the construction of flats and arrangement of houses, family planning policies to suppress population growth, educational facilities that are improved to obtain a superior society, and social security as the provincial government's efforts to protect the community. In the economic sector, the provincial government opens up various jobs and also arranges industrial estates, this is done for the effectiveness of land use. The development carried out by the DKI Provincial Government in the past 28 years in the field of welfare has shown change. The construction of health facilities, namely 99 hospitals and the development of 442 health centers, the availability of available treatment rooms is 15,227. The female population using contraception is 317,896 of the female population is 3,694,971 and Posyandu cadres are 24,225 and many Posyandu are 3,764. Developments carried out by the Provincial Government in the field of education totaled 6,924 schools as well as 88,710 educators and 1,654,041 students. The development of the workforce in Jakarta is 3,646,285 and is dominated by working in labor-intensive fields. House construction in Jakarta has an area of 0.44462208 Km2 . Social security that the Provincial Government implements by guaranteeing that various welfare support facilities are properly available and affordable by the community.
