Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar menulis akademik berbasis literasi digital pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia sebagai Mata Kuliah Umum (MKU). Jenis penelitian research and development (R&D) dilakukan di Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah bahan ajar yang tidak sesuai kebutuhan pembelajaran menulis, kendala menemukan ide menulis, mencari bahan bacaan, plagiat, parafrasa, kutipan, dan penggunaan alat digital dalam menulis akademik (literasi digital). Model bahan ajar menulis akademik berbasis literasi digital terdiri dari sembilan bagian di antaranya teks akademik dan non-akademik, menulis laporan buku, menulis akademik proposal, laporan, artikel, esai, mencari referensi ilmiah, sitasi, parafrasa, dan daftar pustaka. Materi ini terintegrasi antara menulis akademik dengan literasi digital, seperti menulis akademik laporan, proposal, dan artikel ilmiah dimulai dengan kegiatan litereasi yaitu membaca berbagai tulisan di Google Scholar, Web of Saince, Scopus, dan Erick secara daring. Penggunaan aplikasi Publish or Peris dan VOS viewer untuk menentukan ide tulisan. Penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley untuk memparafrasa, mengutip, dan daftar pustaka. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar menulis akademik berbasis literasi digital layak digunakan karena sudah dilakukan uji pakar materi, pakar bahasa, pakar media, uji coba kelas, dan uji efektivitas dengan nilai sig (2-tailed) 0.000 kurang dari 0.05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan setelah menggunakan bahan ajar menulis akademik berbasis literasi digital. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan beberapa faktor penunjang keberhasilan pembelajaran menulis akademik di antaranya 1) bahan ajar menulis akademik berbasis literasi digital, 2) bahan ajar yang menggunakan berbagai genre teks, 3) bahan ajar memuat cara mengakses berbagai tulisan di internet, 4) adanya keterampilan literasi digital pada bahan ajar, seperti mencari bahan bacaan, mencari ide tulisan dengan aplikasi Publish or Peris dan VOS viewer, menganalisis dan mengevaluasi teks yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan, membagikan karya tulis di media sosial, 5) menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley untuk mengutip, membuat daftar pustaka, dan menghindari plagiat. Temuan penelitian mengarahkan pada rekomendasi bahwa bahan ajar menulis akademik sebaiknya menggunakan genre teks dan literasi digital, seperti cara mengakses berbagai teks dari internet, kemampuan menganalisis berbagai genre teks, membuat ide dari hasil bacaan, membuat karya tulis, dan kecakapan membagikan karya tulis. This research aims to develop teaching materials for academic writing based on digital literacy in learning Indonesian as a General Subject (MKU). This type of research and development (R&D) research was carried out at the Bogor Ibn Khaldun University. This research is motivated by the problem of teaching materials that do not fit the needs of teaching writing, obstacles to finding writing ideas, finding reading material, plagiarism, paraphrasing, quotations, and the use of digital tools in academic writing (digital literacy). The digital literacy-based academic writing teaching material model consists of nine parts including academic and non-academic texts, writing book reports, writing academic proposals, reports, articles, essays, looking for scientific references, citations, paraphrasing, and bibliography. This material integrates academic writing with digital literacy, such as writing academic reports, proposals, and scientific articles starting with literacy activities, namely reading various writings on Google Scholar, Web of Science, Scopus, and Erick online. Use of the Publish or Peris application and the VOS viewer to determine writing ideas. Use of the Mendeley application for paraphrasing, citing, and bibliography. The results of the research and development show that digital literacy-based academic writing materials are feasible to use because they have tested material experts, language experts, media experts, class trials, and effectiveness tests with a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 less than 0.05. It can be concluded that there is an increase in ability after using digital literacy-based academic writing materials. The research findings show several factors supporting the success of learning academic writing including 1) teaching materials for academic writing based on digital literacy, 2) teaching materials that use various genres of text, 3) teaching materials containing ways to access various writings on the internet, 4) the presence of digital literacy skills on teaching materials, such as searching for reading material, looking for writing ideas with the Publish or Peris application and VOS viewer, analyzing and evaluating texts according to needs, sharing written works on social media, 5) using the Mendeley application for citing, making bibliography, and avoid plagiarism. The research findings lead to recommendations that teaching materials for academic writing should use text genres and digital literacy, such as how to access various texts from the internet, the ability to analyze various text genres, generate ideas from reading results, create written works, and the ability to share written works.
