Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui volume lalu lintas dan kapasitas jalan yang berada di Persimpangan Jalan Joglo dan Joglo Raya, Kecamatan Joglo, Kelurahan Kembangan, Jakarta Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei dengan sampel Jalan Joglo Raya dan Jalan Joglo Baru di Kelurahan Joglo, Kecamatan Kembangan, Jakarta Barat pada pukul 06.00 hingga 08.00 WIB di hari kerja dengan tiga titik pengamatan. Volume kendaraan di Jalan Joglo Raya pos 1 memiliki rata-rata nilai 1.195,52 smp/jam dengan tingkat kemacetan Level C dan memiliki kapasitas jalan sebesar 2.598,69. Jalan Joglo Raya pos 2 memiliki rata-rata nilai volume kendaraan 1.193,27 smp/jam dengan nilai kapasitas jalan 1.622,53 maka menghasilkan tingkat kemacetan dengan Level C. Jalan Joglo Baru pos 3 memiliki rata-rata nilai volume kendaraan 509,89 smp/jam dengan kapasitas jalan 1.572,35 maka menghasilkan tingkat kemacetan dengan Level B. Persimpangan Jalan Joglo Baru merupakan jenis persimpangan 4 lengan dengan jalan membelok dan sering terjadi kepadatan saat jam masuk sekolah di pagi hari. ********* This study aims to determine the traffic volume and road capacity at the intersection of Joglo and Joglo Raya Streets, Joglo District, Kembangan Village, West Jakarta. The research method used in this study used descriptive analysis with a survey approach with samples of Jalan Joglo Raya and Jalan Joglo Baru in Joglo Village, Kembangan District, West Jakarta from 06.00 to 08.00 WIB on weekdays with three observation points. The volume of vehicles on Jalan Joglo Raya post 1 has an average value of 1,195.52 pcu/hour with a Level C congestion level and has a road capacity of 2,598.69. Jalan Joglo Raya post 2 has an average vehicle volume value of 1,193.27 pcu/hour with a road capacity value of 1,622.53, resulting in a level of congestion with Level C. Jalan Joglo Baru post 3 has an average vehicle volume value of 509.89 pcu/ hours with a road capacity of 1,572.35, resulting in a level of congestion with Level B. The Joglo Baru Intersection is a type of 4-arm intersection with a turning road and congestion often occurs during school hours in the morning.
