Abstract

Sistem informasi perpustakaan merupakan salah satu contoh penerapan teknologi informasi di perpustakaan. Namun, SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta masih belum menerapkan sistem informasi perpustakaan, sehingga pendataan administrasi masih menggunakan tulis tangan. Selain itu, anggota perpustakaan tidak mengetahui informasi tentang ketersediaan buku dan terkadang terlambat mengembalikan buku. Maka, peneliti ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web dengan menggunakan SLiMS 9 (Bulian) dan menambahkan fitur notifikasi WhatsApp melalui WhatsApp gateway. Pengembangan web ini dilakukan dengan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Rapid Application Development (RAD). Sistem dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan tambahan library cURL terhadap WhaCenter API. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode Black Box State Transition Testing dan System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil dari pengujian Black Box mendapatkan 100% tanpa eror dan dari analisis data sebanyak 75 responden yang terdiri dari siswa/i, guru, dan pustakawan menghasilkan nilai SUS sebesar 62,3. Nilai SUS 62,3 berarti sistem memiliki Acceptability Ranges berkategori marginal low, Grade Scale berkategori D, dan Adjective Ratings berkategori ”GOOD”. Maka, web sistem informasi perpustakaan di SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta masih kurang memuaskan dan sistem perlu dievaluasi guna dikembangkan lebih lanjut lagi. ***** Library information systems are one example of the application of information technology in libraries. However, SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta still has not implemented a library information system, so administrative data collection still uses handwriting. In addition, library members do not know information about book availability and sometimes return books late. So, this research aims to develop a web-based library information system using SLiMS 9 (Bulian) and add WhatsApp notification features via WhatsApp gateway. This web development was carried out using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) software development method. The system was built with PHP programming language and additional cURL library to the Whacenter API. System testing was carried out using the Black Box State Transition Testing and System Usability Scale (SUS) methods. The results of Black Box testing get 100% without errors and from data analysis as many as 75 respondents consisting of students, teachers, and librarians produce an SUS value of 62,3. SUS value 62,3 means that the system has Acceptability Ranges categorized as marginal low, Grade Scale categorized as D, and Adjective Ratings categorized as "GOOD". Thus, the web library information system at SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta is still unsatisfactory and the system needs to be evaluated for further development.
