Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Pengaruh antara Pola Pikir dan Motivasi terhadap Daya Juang menjadi Akuntan Mahasiswa Akuntansi Universitas di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan terhitung mulai November 2019 hingga Januari 2020. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 320 mahasiswa akuntansi universtitas di Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 167 mahasiswa. Data variabel (Y) daya juang, (X1) pola pikir, dan (X2) motivasi diperoleh dari kuesioner. Uji persyaratan analisis yang dilakukan adalah dengan mencari persamaan regresi berganda yang menghasilkan Ẏ = 5,177 + 0,477X1 + 0,677X2. Hasil dari analisis menunjukan: (i) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pola pikir dengan daya juang, (ii) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi dengan daya juang, (iii) terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara pola pikir dan motivasi terhadap daya juang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pola Pikir dan Motivasi secara stimultan berpengaruh terhadap Daya Juang. This study aims to find out whether there is an influence between Mindset and Motivation with Grit of Students University in Jakarta. The Study was conducted for three months staring from November 2019 until January 2020. The research method used survey method. The Population in this research is 320 accounting students of University in Jakarta. The Sampling technique used random sampling so that the sample was 167 students. Data of variable (Y) Grit, (X1) Mindset, and (X2) Motivation were obtained from the questionnaire. The requirements analysis test done is tofind regression equation that produces Ẏ = 5,177 + 0,477X1 + 0,677X2. The results of analysis show: (i) there is significant positive influence between mindset with grit, (ii) there is significant positive influence between motivation and grit, (iii) there is significant positive influence between mindset and motivation with grit.
