Abdullah Yusuf Azzam. Pembinaan Kemampuan Komunikasi Melalui Masa Pembekalan Calon Pimpinan IPM (Studi Kualitatif pada SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Cileungsi). Skripsi. Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan pembinaan kemampuan komunikasi pada salah satu tahapan kaderisasi di IPM yaitu masa pembekalan calon pimpinan. Dalam hal ini kemampuan komunikasi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari maupun akademik. Dilihat dari laporan pertanggungjawaban, kemudian materi yang di ajarkan serta pelaksanaan dan juga pembiasaan pada kehidupan sehari-hari maupun akademis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data, yang pertama adalah observasi kegiatan IPM, yang kedua adalah wawancara dengan anggota IPM Smk Muhammadiyah 3 Cileungsi, Ketua Umum IPM SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Cileungsi, dan juga pengurus cabang IPM Cileungsi. Ketiga adalah dokumentasi dengan mengamati program kerja, AD/ART IPM dan lembar pertanggungjawaban. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Mei-Desember 2022. Wawancara dilakukan dengan informan terdiri dari 5 angoota IPM yang dipilih secara acak dan key informan yaitu ketua umum IPM dan juga pengurus cabang IPM dengan diperkuat oleh pendapat expert opinion yang memahami penelitian tersebut. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pembinaan kemampuan komunikasi yang dilakukan pada salah satu kaderisasi di IPM yaitu masa pembekalan calon pimpinan yaitu pada salah satu materi didalamnya yaitu materi Public Speaking dengan 4 bahasan utama di dalamnya. Dalam penerapannya, para pengurus IPM ini merupakan contoh bagi siswa dan siswi di SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Cileungsi. Kemudian membuktikan pembinaan kemampuan komunikasi tersebut dapat dilihat dari implementasi para anggota IPM dalam sekolah ataupun luar sekolah. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa pembinaan kemampuan komunikasi yang dilakukan pada anggota IPM terletak pada materi Public Speaking pada salah satu kaderisasinya yaitu masa pembekalan calon pimpinan dengan 4 bahasan pokok yakni intonasi, percaya diri, tatapan mata, dan juga wibawa yang diharapkan mampu mewujudkan tujuan IPM yang tertuang pada AD/ARTnya. Development of Communication Skills through the Briefing of IPM Leadership Candidates (Qualitative Study at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Cileungsi). Thesis. Jakarta: Pancasila and Civic Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences, Jakarta State University, 2023. This study aims to find the development of communication skills at one of the stages of regeneration in IPM, namely the debriefing period for prospective leaders. In this case, communication skills in everyday life and academics. Judging from the accountability report, then the material taught and the implementation and also habituation to daily and academic life. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method using data collection techniques, the first is observation of IPM activities, the second is interviews with members of IPM Smk Muhammadiyah 3 Cileungsi, Chairman of IPM SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Cileungsi, and also IPM Cileungsi branch management. The third is documentation by observing work programs, AD / ART IPM and accountability sheets. This study was conducted in May-December 2022. Interviews were conducted with informants consisting of 5 randomly selected IPM members and key informants, namely the general chairman of IPM and also the management of the IPM branch with the strength of expert opinions who understood the research. The findings of this study show that there is a development of communication skills carried out in one of the regeneration in IPM, namely the debriefing period for leadership candidates, namely in one of the materials in it, namely Public Speaking material with 4 main topics in it. In its application, these IPM administrators are examples for students at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Cileungsi. Then prove the development of communication skills can be seen from the implementation of IPM members in school and outside school. The conclusion in this study is that the development of communication skills carried out on IPM members lies in the Public Speaking material in one of the regeneration, namely the debriefing period for leadership candidates with 4 main discussions, namely intonation, confidence, eye gaze, and also authority which is expected to be able to realize the IPM goals stated in the AD / ART.
