Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Locus of Control, Need for Achievement, dan Risk Tolerance Terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama Delapan bulan terhitung mulai bulan Januari sampai dengan Agustus 2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey menggunakan kuesioner dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi terjangkau dalam penelitian ini yaitu Mahasiswa Pendidikan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta Tahun 2019 sebanyak 226 mahasiswa. Dngan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel proportional stratified random sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 144 mahasiswa. Dengan variabel Intensi Berwirausaha (Y), Locus of Control (X1), Need for Achievement (X2), Risk Tolerance (X3). Dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25 sebagai alat analisis data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu, pertama uji persyaratan analisis terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Kedua uji asumsi klasik terdiri dari uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedesitas. Ketiga uji regresi berganda. Keempat uji hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh langsung dan positif Locus of Control, Need for Achievement dan Risk Tolerance secara simultan terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha. Kata kunci: Intensi Berwirausaha; Locus of Control; Need for Achievement; Risk Tolerance *** The objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between Locus of Control, Need for Achievement, and Risk Tolerance with the entrepreneurial intentions of students enrolled in the Faculty of Economics at Jakarta State University. The research was conducted over a duration of eight months, spanning from January to August 2023. The employed research methodology entailed the utilization of a survey method, employing a questionnaire designed to gather quantitative data. The target demographic for this study comprises Education Students enrolled at the Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University in the year 2019, with a total student count of 226 individuals. Through the utilization of the proportional stratified random sampling technique. The study employed a sample size of 144 students. The variables in consideration are Entrepreneurial Intention (Y), Locus of Control (X1), Need for Achievement (X2), and Risk Tolerance (X3). The data analysis technique used is, first, the requirements analysis test consists of a normality test and a linearity test. The two classical assumption tests consist of a multicollinearity test and a heteroscedasticity test. The three multiple regression tests. Fourth hypothesis test. The results of this study are that there is a direct and positive effect of Locus of Control, Need for Achievement and Risk Tolerance simultaneously on Entrepreneurial Intentions.
