Abstract

Di era digital ini, website menjadi peran penting sebagai mediapenyimpanan dan penyampaian informasi di berbagai instansi, termasuk instansi pendidikan. Salah satunya contohnya adalah website repositori sekolah. Bahan ajar adalah segala bentuk bahan yang dapat membantu proses pembelajaran. Adanya media penyimpanan untuk dokumen bahan ajar dapat memberikan keuntungan bagi pengguna, terutama sekolah. Namun, saat ini belum adanya media penyimpanan bahan ajar di SMK Diponegoro 1 Jakarta. Hanya terdapat satu sistem informasi, yaitu Google Drive untuk menyimpan semua dokumen informasi. Website sistem repositori bahan ajar diperlukan sebagai penunjang proses kegiatan belajar dan mengajar yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru serta siswa, namun belum ada rancangan User Interface (UI) dan User Experience (UX) pada sistem repositori bahan ajar di SMK Diponegoro 1 Jakarta yang mempertimbangkan karakteristik penggunanya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini fokus pada Perancangan UI/UX Website Sistem Repositori Bahan Ajar di SMK Diponegoro 1 Jakarta dengan Metode Design Thinking. Hasilnya berupa high fidelity prototype yang dibuat menggunakan aplikasi Figma. Kemudian dilakukan pengujian usability testing menggunakan metode pengujian jenis Concurrent Think Aloud (CTA). Hasil dari pengujian tersebut didapat respon pengguna secara keseluruhan dominan positif dengan tingkat persentase keberhasilan task secara keseluruhan adalah 96,203%. Maka, dapat dinyatakan bahwa usability sistem dan desain sudah baik dan sangat efektif. ***** In this digital era, websites play a crucial role as a medium for storing and conveying information in various institutions, including educational institutions. One example is the school's repository website for teaching materials. Teaching materials encompass all resources that aid the learning process. Having a storage medium for teaching materials documents can provide benefits to users, especially schools. However, currently, there is no repository for teaching materials at SMK Diponegoro 1 Jakarta. There is only one information system, Google Drive, used to store all information documents. A teaching materials repository website is necessary to support the teaching and learning activities in line with the needs of teachers and students, but there is no User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design for the teaching materials repository system at SMK Diponegoro 1 Jakarta that considers the characteristics of its users. Therefore, this research focuses on the UI/UX Design Planning for the Teaching Materials Repository Website at SMK Diponegoro 1 Jakarta using the Design Thinking method. The result is a high fidelity prototype created using the Figma application. Then, usability testing is conducted using the Concurrent Think Aloud (CTA) testing method. The results of the testing show that overall user responses are predominantly positive, with an overall task success rate of 96.203%. Thus, it can be stated that the system's usability and design are good and highly effective.
