Abstract

ABSTRAK Hafizhul Wahyu Sejati, Pemberdayaan Santri Melalui Program Entrepreneurship (Studi Kasus: Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittifaq Bandung Jawa Barat). Skripsi, Jakarta: Program Studi Agama Islam, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2023. Pemberdayaan adalah komponen penting dalam rangka mewujudkan soft skills santri agar membentuk ekonomi mandiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, mendeskripsikan, dan menganalisis pemberdayaan santri melalui program entrepreneurship di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittifaq Bandung, Jawa Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittifaq Bandung, Jawa Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Teknis analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data dan pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teori pemberdayaan masyarakat dan teori entrepreneurship. Menurut Randy R. Wrihatnolo dalam teorinya yaitu konsep atau tahapan pemberdayaan masyarakat terbagi dalam empat konsep yaitu; tahap penyadaran, tahap pembinaan, dan tahap kemandirian. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittifaq memberdayakan perekonomian santri dan masyarakat dengan memadukan gagasan sadar alam, pendidikan dan pelatihan agribisnis, serta pemelajaran entrepreneur yang mandiri. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah hasil integrasi antara pemberdayaan santri dengan program entrepreneurship. Proses pemaduan pemberdayaan dan entrepreneurship dijadikan visi misi serta orientasi Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittifaq sesuai dengan indikator terlaksananya pemberdayaan santri juga langkah-langkah menjadi entrepreneur agar ketika lulus dari pesantren dapat menghidupkan pribadi yang mandiri. Kata Kunci : Pemberdayaan, Santri, Entrepreneurship Empowerment is an important component in order to make it happensoft skills students to form an independent economy. The purpose of this research is to find out, describe, and analyze the empowerment of students through the programentrepreneurship at the Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School in Bandung, West Java. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The location of this research was conducted at the Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School in Bandung, West Java. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, documentation, and observation. Technical data analysis was carried out through data reduction and checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The theory used in this study is the theory of community empowerment and theoryentrepreneurship. According to Randy R. Wrihatnolo in his theory, namely the concept or stages of community empowerment are divided into four concepts, namely; awareness stage, coaching stage, and independence stage. The results of the study concluded that the Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School empowered the economy of the students and the community by combining the idea of being aware of nature, agribusiness education and training, and independent entrepreneur learning. The conclusion of this study is the result of integration between the empowerment of students and the programentrepreneurship. The process of integrating empowerment andentrepreneurship used as the vision and mission and orientation of the Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School in accordance with the indicators of implementing the empowerment of students as well as the steps to becomingentrepreneurso that when you graduate from the Islamic boarding school, you can turn on an independent person.
