Abstract

RINGKASAN MUHAMMAD LUIS FIGO. PERAN AKTIVIYAS LUAR RUANG (OUTDOOR ACTIVITY) TERHADAP LITERASI FISIK SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR. Skripsi: Jakarta, Program Studi Olahraga Rekreasi, Fakultas Ilmu Olahraga, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Juli 2023 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran aktivitas luar ruang (outdoor activity) terhadap siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN Susukan 05 Pagi Jakarta. Adapun waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni 2023. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pre eksperiment dengan “One Group Pre Test-Post Test Design“. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV yang berjumlah 32 orang atau seluruh populasi. Instrument Penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket untuk mengetahui data tes awal sebelum penelitian dan tes akhir setelah penelitian. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Statistik uji-t dengan menghitung nilai t-hitung dibandingkan dengan t-tabel pada taraf signifikan 0,05. Hasil penelitian perhitungan perbandingan tes awal dan tes akhir diperoleh koefisien (rxy) 0,024. dengan standar deviasi perbedaan mean (SDDm) 0,97. Dalam perhitungan selanjutnya diperoleh t-hitung sebesar 7,92 dan nilai t-tabel 1,696 pada derajat (n-1). Dengan t-hitung > t-tabel yang menunjukan hipotesis nilai nihil (HO) ditolak dan hipotesis alternative (HI) diterima, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Aktivitas Luar Ruang (Outdoor Activity) mempunyai peran terhadap Literasi Fisik Siswa Sekolah Dasar. Thesis: Jakarta, Recreational Sports Study Program, Faculty of Sports Science, Jakarta State University, July 2023 This study aims to determine the role of outdoor activities(outdoor activity) to elementary school students. This research was conducted at Elementary School Students 05 Jakarta. The time for the research was carried out in June 2023. The research method used is methodpre experiment with "One Group Pre Test-Post Test Design“. The population in this study were 32 grade IV students or the entire population. The research instrument used was a questionnaire to find out the initial test data before the research and the final test after the research. The data analysis technique in this study used the t-test statistical technique by calculating the t-count value compared to the t-table at a significant level of 0.05. The results of the comparative calculation of the pre-test and final test obtained the coefficient (rxy) 0.024. by the standard deviation of the mean difference (SDDm) 0.97. In subsequent calculations, the t-count was obtained at 7.92 and the t-table value was 1.696 at degrees (n-1). With t-count > t-table which shows the null value hypothesis (HO) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (HI) is accepted, it can be concluded that Outdoor Activities(Outdoor Activity) has a role in the Physical Literacy of Elementary School Students.
