Abstract

ABSTRAK Eviyk Endriyani, Dampak Pendirian Pabrik Terhadap Perubahan Sosial Ekonomi Masyarakat (Studi Kasus Masyarakat Desa Tanjungrejo, Kecamatan Wirosari, Kabupaten Grobogan). Skripsi. Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Sosiologi, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2023. Penelitian ini memiliki dua tujuan, yaitu pertama untuk mendeskripsikan perubahan sosial yang terjadi akibat berdirinya pabrik di Desa Tanjungrejo Kecamatan Wirosari Kabupaten Grobogan. Kedua, untuk memaparkan faktor-faktor sosial apa saja yang mempengaruhi perubahan sosial di Desa Tanjungrejo Kecamatan Wirosari Kabupaten Grobogan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, melalui metode studi kasus. Data penelitian diperoleh memalui observasi, wawancara mendalam serta dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 17 informan, masingmasing terdiri atas 6 tokoh masyarakat formal dan informal, 3 karyawan pabrik, 3 petani, 3 pedagang, dan 2 siswa/siswa. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Desa Tanjungrejo Kecamatan Wirosari Kabupaten Grobogan. Penelitian dimulai sejak bulan Oktober 2019 sampai dengan bulan Juli 2020. Konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu konsep dampak sosial dan perubahan sosial ekonomi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pertama, beroperasinya pabrik membawa perubahan pada aspek sosial. Kedua, beroperasinya pabrik membawa perubahan pada aspek ekonomi. Dampak secara sosial menghasilkan dampak positif dari segi pendidikan dan pelayanan kesehatan meningkat. Adapun dampak negatif, menjamurnya kost-kostan banyak disalahgunakan, maraknya kasus perceraian hingga perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat menjadi konsumtif. Dampak secara ekonomi berupa bertambahnya lapangan pekerjaan, munculnya berbagai peluang usaha serta adanya peningkatan penghasilan yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat desa. The first is to describe the social changes that have occurred as a result of the establishment of a factory in Tanjungrejo Village, Wirosari District, Grobogan Regency. Second, to explain what social factors influence social change in Tanjungrejo Village, Wirosari District, Grobogan Regency. Culture of Social Science, State University of Jakarta,2023. The research method used is a qualitative approach, through the case study method. The research data was obtained through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research subjects totaled 17 informants, each consisting of 6 formal and informal community leaders, 3 factory employees, 3 farmers, 3 traders, and 2 students. The research location was conducted in Tanjungrejo Village, Wirosari District, Grobogan Regency. The research started from October 2019 to July 2020. The concept used in this research is the concept of social impact and socio-economic change. The results of this study indicate first, the operation of the factory brings changes to the social aspect. Second, the operation of the factory brings changes to the economic aspect. The social impact resulted in a positive impact in terms of education and increased health services. As for the negative impact, the rise of many boarding houses being abused, the rise of divorce cases to the change in people's lifestyles to become consumptive. The economic impact is in the form of increased employment, the emergence of various business opportunities and an increase in income felt by the village community.
