Abstract

*ABSTRAK* Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana profil wasit bolavoli di DKI Jakarta. Selanjutnya penelitian ini juga melihat gambaran identitas wasit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar ke seluruh wasit bolavoli di DKI Jakarta. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah 80 wasit bolavoli di DKI Jakarta. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah populasi terjangkau, dimana populasi terjangkaunya sebanyak 30 orang dengan alasan karna hanya 30 wasit dari 80 wasit yang terdaftar mengisi kuesioner. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah google form. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pemaparan data dalam bentuk prosentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa jenis kelamin wasit di DKI Jakarta didominasi oleh laki-laki, tinggi badan rata-rata 155-183 cm, berat badan rata-rata 55-97 kg, didominasi berasal dari klub Pervina, jenjang pendidikan terbanyak yang dimiliki wasit bolavoli di DKI Jakarta yaitu S1 dengan prosentase 55,3%, lisensi terbanyak terdapat pada tingkat Nasional C sebanyak 17 dengan prosentase 56,7% *ABSTRACT* This study aims to determine how the profile of volleyball referees in DKI Jakarta. Furthermore, this study also looked at the description of the referee's identity. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed to all volleyball referees in DKI Jakarta. In this study, the population was 80 volleyball referees in DKI Jakarta. The sample technique used in this study is an affordable population, where the affordable population is 30 people on the grounds that only 30 referees out of 80 registered referees filled out the questionnaire. The instrument used in this research is google form. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis with data exposure in percentage form. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the gender of the referee in DKI Jakarta is dominated by men, the average height is 155-183 cm, the average weight is 55-97 kg, predominantly from the Pervina club, the most education level owned by volleyball referees in DKI Jakarta is S1 with a percentage of 55.3%, the most licenses are at the National C level as many as 17 with a percentage of 56.7%.
