Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran teknik dasar lompat jauh gaya jongkok berbasis Permainan Tradisional untuk siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama. Sasaran dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kota Bengkulu. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan model Borg and Gall. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa hasil validasi ahli dan uji efektifitas melalui eksperimen dengan analisis data statistik paired t-test. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan model pembelajaran teknik dasar lompat jauh gaya jongkok berbasis Permainan Tradisional untuk siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran teknik dasar lompat jauh gaya jongkok berbasis permainan tradisional layak untuk siswa sekolah menengah pertama. Berdasarkan hasil uji efektivitas menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran teknik dasar lompat jauh gaya jongkok berbasis permainan tradisional efektif untuk siswa sekolah menengah pertama. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan hasil Uji-T dan N-Gain Score terhadap kemampuan teknik dasar lompat jauh gaya jongkok berbasis Permainan tradisional yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan. Jadi, model pembelajaran teknik dasar lompat jauh gaya jongkok berbasis Permainan efektif untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran teknik dasar lompat jauh gaya jongkok. **** The purpose of this study was to develop a traditional game-based squat style long jump basic technique learning model for junior high school students. The targets in this study were junior high school students in Bengkulu City. The research method used is the research and development of the Borg and Gall model. The data collection technique used was the results of expert validation and effectiveness testing through experiments using paired t-test statistical data analysis. The results of the research and development of the traditional long jump style based squatting technique learning model for junior high school students show that traditional game based squat style long jump basic technique learning model is feasible for junior high school students. Based on the results of the effectiveness test, it shows that the traditional game-based squat style long jump basic technique learning model is effective for junior high school students. This is indicated by the results of the T-Test and N-Gain Score on the basic techniques of long jump squat style based on traditional games which show a significant increase. So, the Game-based squat style long jump basic technique learning model is effective to improve the learning of the squat style long jump basic technique.
