Abstract

Abstrak Teknologi informasi dapat dimanfaatkan pada apotek. Pada apotek terdapat banyak informasi yang perlu dikelola dengan baik. Apotek Keluarga belum memiliki sistem bebasis web untuk menunjang pekerjaan. Sistem yang dapat membantu pegawai apotek dalam melakukan kegiatan mengolah data seperti dalam mengolah data tansaksi dan data stok barang. Dengan tidak adanya sistem yang dapat menunjang pengolahan data transaksi dan data stok barang dapat mengakibakan terhambatnya kinerja pegawai apotek dalam proses pengolahan data transaksi dan stok barang. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang telah dijelaskan maka diperlukan sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi yang dapat membantu dengan memberikan solusi atas masalah yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan memberikan manfaat kepada Apotek Keluarga. Pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan metode SDLC dengan menggunakan metodologi Agile Development Methods dengan jenis model proses Agile scrum. Penulis menggungakan bahasa pemrograman server-side php dengan Framework laravel dibantu dengan apache sebagai web server. basisdata yang digunakan MySql untuk mengelola data yang digunakan oleh sistem. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan dua kali pengujian sistem, yaitu pengujian alpha dan pengujian beta. Pengujian alpha dan beta dilakukan dengan metode black box test, yaitu metode pengujian fungsional aplikasi tanpa melihat kode program. Dengan hasil dari penelitian didapatkan Sprint Backlog menghasilkan 60 Product Backlog Item dengan estimasi waktu 480 jam dan Sistem Informasi Transaksi Apotek Keluarga. Dan hasil dari pengujian Sistem Informasi Transaksi Apotek Keluarga yang terdiri dari 58 fitur berfungsi dengan baik dan dapat digunakan pihak Apotek Keluarga. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini diharapkan dapat digunakan untuk membantu Apotek Keluarga dalam menjalankan aktifitasnya. ***** Information technology can be used in pharmacies. At the pharmacy there is a lot of information that needs to be managed properly. The Family Pharmacy does not yet have a web-based system to support work. A system that can assist pharmacy employees in carrying out data processing activities such as processing transaction data and inventory data. In the absence of a system that can support the processing of transaction data and inventory data, it can result in delays in the performance of pharmacy employees in processing transaction data and stock items. Based on the problems that have been described, we need an information system application that can help by providing solutions to existing problems. The purpose of this research is to produce an information system application according to the needs and provide benefits to the Family Pharmacy. Development is carried out using the SDLC method using the Agile Development Methods methodology with an Agile scrum process model. The author uses the PHP server-side programming language with the Laravel Framework assisted by Apache as a web server. the database used by MySql to manage the data used by the system. Testing is carried out using two system tests, namely alpha testing and beta testing. Alpha and beta testing is carried out using the black box test method, which is an application functional testing method without looking at the program code. With the results of the research, it was found that the Sprint Backlog produced 60 Product Backlog Items with an estimated time of 480 hours and a Family Pharmacy Transaction Information System. And the results of testing the Family Pharmacy Information System which consists of 58 features function properly and can be used by family pharmacies. With this information system, it is hoped that it can be used to assist the Family Pharmacy in carrying out its activities.
