Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas hubungan supervisi akademik dengan kinerja guru SD Negeri di Gugus Dua Kecamatan Bojongsari Kota Depok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan supervisi akademik dengan kinerja guru SD Negeri di Gugus Dua Kecamatan Bojongsari Kota Depok. Variabel yang diteliti adalah supervisi akademik sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan kinerja guru sebagai variabel terikat (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey kepada guru. Pengumpulan data untuk variabel supervisi akademik dan kinerja guru menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis linier sederhana, dengan terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji prasyarat yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji signifikansi regresi, dan uji linieritas. Dari hasil hipotesis diperoleh thitung sebesar = 10,388 yang berarti lebih besar dari ttabel yang sebesar = 1,99. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara supervisi akademik dengan kinerja guru SD Negeri di Gugus Dua Kecamatan Bojongsari Kota Depok. Berdasarkan kesimpulan tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin baik supervisi yang diberikan, maka semakin baik pula kinerja guru. ***** This study discusses the relationship between academic supervision and the performance of public elementary school teachers in Cluster Two, Bojongsari District, Depok City. This study aims to determine whether or not there is a relationship between academic supervision and the performance of public elementary school teachers in Cluster Two, Bojongsari District, Depok City. The variables studied were academic supervision as the independent variable (X) and teacher performance as the dependent variable (Y). This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method for teachers. Data collection for academic supervision and teacher performance variables used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is simple linear analysis, by first conducting prerequisite tests which include normality tests, regression significance tests, and linearity tests. From the results of the hypothesis obtained tcount equal to = 10.388 which means greater than ttable which equals = 1.99. The results of this study can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between academic supervision and the performance of public elementary school teachers in Cluster Two, Bojongsari District, Depok City. Based on these conclusions it can be said that the better the supervision given, the better the teacher's performance.
