Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan kurangnya gerak dasar lari dan lompat siswa-siswi SDS Muhammadiya 06. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan gerak dasar lari dan lompat melalui modifikasi permainan tradisional pada siswa kelas II di SDS Muhammadiyah 06 Jakarta. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode tindakan (action research) dengan desain Kemmis and MacTaggart. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa siswi kelas II SDS Muhammadiyah 06 Jakarta berjumlah 30 orang. Siswa mendapatkan pembelajaran gerak dasar lari dan lompat menggunakan modifikasi permainan tradisional lompat tali, permainan tradisional engklek, permainan tradisional balap karung, dan permainan tradisional memasukan paku dalam botol. Pada siklus pertama, diperoleh presentase sebesar 58%. Setelah dilakukan tindakan pada siklus kedua, maka diperoleh presentase sebesar 100%. Maka hasil penelitian yang telah dipaparkan, secara umum bahwa permainan tradisional balap karung, permainan tradisional engklek, permainan tradisional tap jongkok dan permainan tradisional kucing tikus mampu meningkatkan gerak dasar lari dan lompat pada siswa kelas II SDS Muhammadiyah 06 Jakarta. This research is motivated by the problem of lack of basic motion of running and jumping students of SDS Muhammadiya 06. This study aims to improve the basic motion of running and jumping through modification of traditional games in class II students at SDS Muhammadiyah 06 Jakarta. The method in this research is the action research method with Kemmis and MacTaggart design. The population in this study were 30 second grade students of SDS Muhammadiyah Jakarta Jakarta. Students get basic learning of running and jumping using modified traditional rope jumping games, traditional cranking games, traditional sack racing games, and traditional games of inserting nails into bottles. In the first cycle, a percentage of 58% was obtained. After taking action in the second cycle, a percentage of 100% is obtained. So the results of research that have been described, in general, the traditional game of sack racing, traditional crank game, traditional game of squat tap and the traditional game of mouse cat are able to improve the basic motion of running and jumping in grade II students of SDS Muhammadiyah 06 Jakarta.
