Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Flipped Classroom tipe Problem Based Learning Flipped terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas IV pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Posttest-Only Control Group Design. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV di SDN Gondangdia 01 Pagi yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dari populasi yang ditetapkan yaitu SD Negeri di Kecamatan Menteng. Terdapat dua rombongan belajar, terpilih kelas IV-B sebagai kelas eksperimen dan secara otomatis kelas IV-A sebagai kelas kontrol. Kelas eksperimen menggunakan model Flipped Classroom tipe Problem Based Learning Flipped dan kelas kontrol menggunakan model Flipped Classroom tipe Traditional Flipped. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen tes berupa soal uraian dengan rubrik skor rentang 0 – 4 pada setiap soal. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji T dengan rumus independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model Flipped Classroom tipe Problem Based Learning Flipped terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila siswa kelas IV. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan hasil uji hipotesis dengan perolehan nilai thitung (3,002) > ttabel (1,706). Selain itu, nilai rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kritis kelas eksperimen lebih besar dari kelas kontrol yaitu 74,8 > 60,5. ***** This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning Flipped Classroom model on the critical thinking abilities of fourth-grade students in Pancasila Education. The study utilized a quantitative experimental method with a Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The sample consisted of all fourth-grade students at SDN Gondangdia 01 Pagi, selected using simple random sampling technique from the designated population, which includes public elementary schools in the Menteng District. Two study groups were formed, with IV-B chosen as the experimental group and IV-A automatically designated as the control group. The experimental group utilized the Problem Based Learning Flipped Classroom model, while the control group used the Traditional Flipped Classroom model. Data collection was conducted using a test instrument consisting of open-ended questions with a scoring rubric ranging from 0 to 4 for each question. Hypothesis testing in this study employed the independent sample t-test using the t-test formula. The results indicated that the use of the Problem Based Learning Flipped Classroom model had a significant effect on the critical thinking abilities of fourth-grade students in Pancasila Education. This was supported by the hypothesis testing results, where the obtained t-value (3,002) was greater than the t-table value (1,706). Furthermore, the average critical thinking ability score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, specifically 74,8 > 60,5.
