Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of electrical equipment and electrical installations in Rawa Belong floral market and Modern Market Jakarta Garden City based on PUIL 2011. This study used quantitative descriptive research methods. The sample of this study was 40 stalls located at Rawa Belong Floral Market and 40 stalls at Modern Market Jakarta Garden City. This sampling technique uses multistage random sampling using two different sampling including the first stage using cluster random sampling technique and the second stage using staratified sampling. Data collection using observation and documentation techniques. Inspection and measurement of installations are carried out on aspects of conducting test items, PHBK, switches, ignition and earthing boxes and insulation resistance. In determining the level of feasibility of electrical installations when viewed from the aspect of test items, the assessment of electrical installations depends on the results of observations and measurements, where the results will be compared or adjusted to the 2011 PUIL standard. Based on the research, the feasibility level of electrical installations in the Rawa Belong Flower Market is on average not worthy of the 2011 PUIL standard with the following category details: The eligibility category is 5%, the less decent category is 10% and the unfit category is 85%. While the level of feasibility of electrical installations in the Jakarta Garden City Modern Market is on average quite feasible PUIL 2011 standards with the following category details: the feasibility category as much as 95%, the less feasible category as much as 5% and the unfit category as much as 0%. ***** Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kelaikan perlengkapan listrik dan instalasi listrik di Pasar Bunga Rawa Belong dan Pasar Modern Jakarta Garden City berdasarkan PUIL 2011. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dari penelitian ini yaitu 40 kios yang berada di Pasar Bunga Rawa Belong dan 40 kios di Pasar Modern Jakarta Garden City. Teknik pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan multistage random sampling dengan menggunakan dua penarikan sampel yang berbeda diantaranya tahap pertama menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling dan tahap kedua menggunakan staratified sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan dokumentasi. Pemeriksaan dan pengukuran instalasi dilakukan pada aspek item uji penghantar, PHBK, sakelar, kotak kontak dan pembumian serta tahanan isolasi. Dalam menentukan tingkat kelaikan instalasi listrik jika dilihat dari aspek item uji, penilaian instalasi listrik tergantung pada hasil pengamatan dan pengukuran, dimana hasilnya tersebut akan dibandingkan atau disesuaikan dengan standar PUIL 2011. Berdasarkan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kelaikan Instalasi listrik di Pasar Bunga Rawa Belong rata-rata tidak laik standar PUIL 2011 dengan rincian kategori sebagai berikut : kategori laik sebanyak 5%, , kategori kurang laik sebanyak 10% dan kategori tidak laik sebanyak 85%. Sedangkan tingkat kelaikan Instalasi listrik di Pasar Modern Jakarta Garden City rata-rata cukup laik standar PUIL 2011 dengan rincian kategori sebagai berikut: kategori laik sebanyak 95%, kategori kurang laik sebanyak 5% dan kategori tidak laik sebanyak 0%.
