Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor entrepreneurial orientation pada program Jakarta Entrepreneurship (Jakpreneur). Entrepreneurial orientation memiliki tiga dimensi yang dijadikan sebagai faktor, yaitu inovasi, proaktif dan pengambilan risiko. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada peserta Jakpeneur Kecamatan Cipayung sebanyak 181 peserta dengan kriteria mengalami penurunan pendapatan pada saat pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19). Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis faktor konfirmatori. Berdasarkan pengolahan data diketahui bahwa faktor proaktif menjadi faktor dominan, dengan melihat angka factor loading pada uji component matrix. Faktor inovasi, proaktif, dan pengambilan risiko memiliki angka factor loading secara berturut-turut sebesar 0,927; 0,951; dan 0,900 artinya indikator dengan masing-masing faktor tersebut memiliki korelasi yang tinggi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah faktor dominan terdapat pada faktor proaktif, artinya proaktif lebih digunakan oleh Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dibandingkan dengan inovasi dan pengambilan risiko. Maka hal yang dilakukan adalah dengan mempertahankan penerapan proaktif, serta meningkatkan faktor yang tidak dominan yaitu inovasi dan pengambilan risiko. ***** This study aims to determine entrepreneurial orientation factors in the Jakarta Entrepreneurship (Jakpreneur)program. Entrepreneurial orientation has three dimensions that are used as factors, namely innovation, proactivity and risk taking. Sampling was carried out for Jakpeneur participants in Cipayung District as many as 181 participants with the criteria of experiencing a decrease in income during the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic. Data were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis. Based on data processing it is known that the proactive factor is the dominant factor, by looking at the factor loading figures in the component matrix test. The innovation, proactivity and risk taking factors have factor loading numbers respectively of 0.927; 0.951; and 0.900 means that the indicator with each of these factors has a high correlation. The implication of this research is that the dominant factor is in the proactive factor, meaning that proactive is more used by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) compared to innovation and risk taking. So the thing to do is to maintain proactive implementation, as well as increase non-dominant factors, namely innovation and risk taking
