Abstract

ABSTRAK Pola asuh mencakup tanggung jawab serta kewajiban orang tua sebagai pendidik utama anak. Terutama dalam hal mengajarkan pembiasaan shalat kepada anak. Orang tua harus memberikan pola asuh yang tepat agar anak termotivasi untuk shalat. Lebih bagus lagi jika anak termotivasi shalat berjama’ah di masjid. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh dari pola asuh orang tua terhadap motivasi shalat maghrib berjamaah anak di masjid. Dengan menggunakan teori Baumrind (1967) mengenai pola asuh orang tua. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah regresi linear sederhana. Hasil uji regresi linear sederhana diperoleh Y = 7,161 + 0,262X, artinya bahwa nilai konstanta sebesar 7,161 dengan koefisien regresi 0,262, menyatakan bahwa nilai pengaruh variabel X terhadap variabel Y bernilai positif. Dengan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya Pola Asuh Orang Tua berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Anak dalam Shalat Maghrib Berjama’ah di Masjid. Pengaruh Pola Asuh Orang Tua terhadap Tingkat Motivasi Anak dalam Shalat Maghrib Berjama’ah di Masjid sebesar 56,8% dan memiliki korelasi yang kuat, yakni sebesar 0,753. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pola asuh demokratis memberikan pengaruh yang besar terhadap motivasi anak dalam shalat maghrib berjama’ah di masjid, yakni sebesar 64,6%, dengan sebab yaitu; berhati-hati mengambil tindakan, suka memberi pujian atau apresiasi serta bertanya apabila anak tidak mau shalat. Kata Kunci : Pola Asuh, Shalat Maghrib Berjama’ah di Masjid ABSTRACT Parenting includes the responsibilities and obligations of parents as the primary educators of children. Especially in terms of teaching the habit of prayer to children. Parents must provide proper parenting so that children are motivated to pray. Even better if the child is motivated to pray in congregation at the mosque. This study aims to determine the extent to which the influence of parenting styles on the motivation of the Maghrib prayer in the congregation of children at the mosque. By using the theory of Baumrind (1967) regarding parenting styles. The methodology used in this research is simple linear regression. The results of a simple linear regression test obtained Y = 7.161 + 0.262X, meaning that the constant value is 7.161 with a regression coefficient of 0.262, stating that the value of the effect of variable X on variable Y is positive. With a value of Sig. 0.000 <0.05, which means parenting style has a significant effect on children's motivation in congregational Maghrib prayers at the mosque. The effect of parenting style on children's motivation level in congregational Maghrib prayers at the mosque is 56.8% and has a strong correlation of 0.753. The results of this study state that democratic parenting style has a large influence on children's motivation in maghrib prayers in congregation at the mosque, which is equal to 64.6%, with the reasons namely; be careful in taking action, like to give praise or appreciation and ask if the child does not want to pray.
