Abstract

ABSTRAK Muhammad Azri Choirul Hafizi (1513618015), Prototype Sistem Verifikasi Identitas Asesor dan Asesi Pada Sertifikasi di Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP) Berbasis Face Recognition. Jakarta, Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Elektronika, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2023. Dosen Pembimbing : Drs. Jusuf Bintoro, M.T dan Vina Oktaviani, M.T. Penelitian bertujuan untuk merealisasikan suatu bentuk Prototype dari media yang berguna untuk melakukan proses verifikasi identitas asesor dan asesi pada kegiatan sertifikasi di Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP). Penelitian dilaksanakan di Gedung Teknik Elektro Lantai 407, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta dan Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Elektroteknika, Jatibening, Bekasi Utara, Jawa Barat pada bulan Maret 2023 s.d Juli 2023. Penelitian menggunakan struktur penulisan rekayasa teknik dan menggunakan metode penelitian jenis Research and Development oleh Borg & Gall. Metode Penelitian terdapat 4 tahap yang digunakan yaitu; 1. Pencarian dan Pengumpulan Data, 2. Perencanaan, 3. Pengembangan Produk, 4. Pengujian Lapangan. Pada Penelitian Prototype Sistem Verifikasi Identitas Asesor dan Asesi Pada Sertifikasi di Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP) Berbasis Face Recognition, proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara meletakkan alat tepat didepan subjek, kemudian subjek menghadap ke kamera hingga wajah tampil dilayar LCD, kemudian apabila terdeteksi maka akan muncul kotak hijau lalu lampu LED berwarna hijau menyala diiringi oleh suara Buzzer yang mengindikasikan verifikasi data berhasil. Data yang tersimpan disajikan dalam bentuk data Excel. Hasil penelitian pada Prototype Sistem Verifikasi Identitas Asesor dan Asesi Pada Sertifikasi di Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP) Berbasis Face Recognition menunjukkan data yang didapat dengan jumlah total sampel sebanyak 26 dengan tingkat persentase terbagi menjadi 2 yaitu persentase akurasi mesin keseluruhan 97% dan persentase pembacaan mesin 53% Kata-kata kunci : Sistem Verifikasi, Face Recognition, Identitas, Raspberry Pi ***** ABSTRACT Prototype of Assessor and Assessor Identity Verification System for Certification at Professional Certification Institutions (LSP) Based on Face Recognition. The research aims to realize a prototype form of media that is useful for carrying out the process of verifying the identity of assessors and assessors in certification activities at Professional Certification Institutions (LSP). The research was conducted at the Electrical Engineering Building Floor 407, Faculty of Engineering, Jakarta State University and the Electrotechnical Professional Certification Institute, Jatibening, North Bekasi, West Java from March 2023 to July 2023. The research uses engineering writing structures and uses Research and Development type research methods by Borg & Gall. The research method has 4 stages used, namely; 1. Data Search and Collection, 2. Planning, 3. Product Development, 4. Field Testing. In the Prototype Research System for Assessor Identity Verification and Assessors in Certification at Professional Certification Institutions (LSP) Based on Face Recognition, the data collection process is carried out by placing the tool right in front of the subject, then the subject faces the camera until the face appears on the LCD screen, then if it is detected it will a green box appears then the green LED lights up accompanied by a buzzer sound indicating successful data verification. The stored data is presented in the form of Excel data. The results of the research on the Prototype of Assessor Identity Verification System and Assessors in Certification at Professional Certification Institutions (LSP) Based on Face Recognition show the data obtained with a total sample of 26 with the percentage level divided into 2, namely the percentage of overall machine accuracy is 97% and the percentage of machine reading is 53 % Key words : Verification System, Face Recognition, Identity, Raspberry Pi
