Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan model latihan keterampilan bola basket dan menguji efektivitas model latihan keterampilan bola basket untuk usia 10 – 12 tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) dari model Borg and Gall dengan desain penelitian yang diterapkan adalah menggunakan pretest-posttest control group design. Subjek yang terlibat selama penelitian adalah atlet pemula bola basket pada rentang usia 10 – 12 tahun terdiri dari 5 Club yang berada di wilayah Bandung Raya. Jumlah item model sebelumnya terdiri dari 65 item model, kemudian item model tersebut dianalisis terlebih dahulu oleh ahli/pakar (validasi model), dan diperoleh sebanyak 67 item model yang layak untuk diterapkan. Jumlah subjek pada saat uji kelompok kecil sebanyak 40 orang dan pada saat uji kelompok besar sebanyak 140 orang. Untuk uji efektivitas jumlah subjek yang terlibat sebanyak 60 orang. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah tes keterampilan bola basket meliputi tes passing, dribbling dan shooting. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini untuk menguji efektivitas model yaitu menggunakan analisis statistik paired sample t-test dan independent sample t-test menggunakan bantuan program IBM SPSS Statistic 26. Hasil analisis data menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Produk model latihan keterampilan pada permainan bola basket untuk usia 10 – 12 tahun ini dapat dilakukan dan diterapkan dalam proses latihan keterampilan bola basket, 2) Produk model latihan keterampilan pada permainan bola basket untuk usia 10 – 12 tahun ini efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan bola basket. The purpose of this study was to produce a basketball skill training model and test the effectiveness of a basketball skill training model for ages 10 – 12 years. The research method used is the research and development method (research and development) of the Borg and Gall model with the research design applied is using pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects involved during the study were beginner basketball athletes in the age range of 10 – 12 years consisting of 5 clubs located in the Greater Bandung area. The number of model items previously consisted of 65 model items, then the model items were analyzed first by experts / experts (model validation), and 67 model items were obtained that were feasible to apply. The number of subjects during the small group test was 40 people and at the time of the large group test as many as 140 people. To test the effectiveness of the number of subjects involved as many as 60 people. The instruments in this study are tests of basketball skills including passing, dribbling and shooting tests. The data analysis technique used in this study to test the effectiveness of the model is using statistical analysis paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test using the help of the IBM SPSS Statistic 26 program. The results of the data analysis concluded that: 1) This skill training model product in basketball games for ages 10 – 12 years can be done and applied in the process of training basketball skill, 2) This skill training model product in basketball games for ages 10 – 12 years is effective for improving basketball skills
