Abstract

Teknologi merupakan suatu sarana yang digunakan manusia untuk memenuhi kebutuhan. Teknologi dan pendidikan mampu berkembang bersama seiring dengan adanya generasi baru sebagai penerus generasi lama. Penggunaan teknologi oleh manusia dalam membantu menyelesaikan pekerjaan merupakan hal yang menjadi keharusan dalam kehidupan. Manusia sebagai pengguna teknologi harus mampu memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada saat ini, maupun perkembangan teknologi tersebut selanjutnya. Adaptasi manusia dengan teknologi baru yang telah berkembang wajib untuk dilakukan melalui pendidikan. Hal ini dilakukan agar generasi penerus tidak tertinggal dalam hal teknologi baru. Pada program studi Pendidikan Teknik Elektro Universitas Negeri Jakarta dalam proses penyelesaian tugas akhir masih dilakukan secara manual seperti pendaftaran tugas akhir mahasiswa harus datang langsung ke admin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membangun pengembangan aplikasi penilaian berbasis website untuk mendukung kelancaran proses penyelesaian tugas akhir di program studi Pendidikan Teknik Elektro Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang berguna untuk membantu penyelesaian beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh pihak-pihak terkait proses pelaksanaan tugas akhir. Alat pengembangan yang digunakan peneliti, yaitu memakai framework HTML, CSS, JavaScript, BOOSTRAP dan Bahasa pemograman PHP, MySQL, JavaScript. Setelah melewati alat pengembangan lalu website ini akan dikembangkan dengan metode model 4D (Thiagajaran, 1974) dengan tahapan Define, Design, Development dan Dissemination. Hasil dari penelitian dilakukan dengan pengujian teknik black-box dan sebelum disebarluaskan, produk diuji coba melalui validasi ahli program dengan tingkat kelayakan sebesar 88% dan usability test oleh user mahasiswa, admin, dosen dan koorprodi secara fungsional dengan skala likert untuk menguji tingkat kelayakan produk mendapat nilai rata-rata dari semua responden sebesar 83,39%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa website yang dibuat telah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai yang diharapkan dengan tingkat kelayakan “sangat layak” pada keseluruhan sistem. ***** Technology is a means used by humans to meet needs. The use of technology by humans to help complete work is a necessity in life. Humans as technology users must be able to take advantage of existing technology, as well as subsequent technological developments. Human adaptation to new technologies that have developed must be carried out through education. This is done so that the next generation is not left behind in terms of new technology. In the Electrical Engineering Education study program, Jakarta State University, the process of completing the final assignment is still done manually, such as registering the final assignment, students must come directly to the admin. The purpose of this research is to develop a website-based assessment application to support the smooth process of completing the final assignment in the Electrical Engineering Education study program, Jakarta State University which is useful for helping to resolve some of the obstacles faced by parties related to the process of carrying out the final project. The development tools used by researchers are HTML, CSS, JavaScript, BOOSTRAP frameworks and PHP, MySQL, JavaScript programming languages. After going through the development tools, this website will be developed using the 4D model method (Thiagajar, 1974) with the stages of Define, Design, Development and Dissemination. The results of the research were carried out by testing the black-box technique and before being disseminated, the product was tested through validation by program experts with a feasibility level of 88% and usability tests by student users, admins, lecturers and program coordinators functionally with a Likert scale to test the feasibility level of the product. the average value of all respondents was 83.39%. It can be concluded that the website created has been running well and as expected with a feasibility level of "very feasible" for the entire system.
