Abstract

*ABSTRAK* Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui organisasi berdasarkan komponen struktur kepengurusan bolavoli di wilayah DKI Jakarta.. selanjutnya penelitian ini melihat gambaran klub di DKI Jakarta Secara struktur organisasi, klub mempunyai AD/ART, legalitas klub, rencana kerja dan anggaran belanja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh klub di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui pengisian kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 26 klub bolavoli di DKI Jakarta. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengisian kuisioner google form klub. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pemaparan data dalam bentuk prosentase. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa : klub bolavoli di DKI Jakarta di lihat dari struktur organisasi klub menunjukan bahwa struktur kepengurusanya sudah ada, anggaran dasar klub dilihat dari legalitas klub yaitu klub di DKI Jakarta sudah terlegalitas berbadan hukum, rencana kerja dilihat dari latihan yang dilakukan secara rutin sudah latihan secara rutin dan dilihat dari tryout yangsudah dilaksanakan, anggaran belanja dilihat dari pendanaan yang ada di klub sebagaimana pendanaan klub di DKI Jakarta masih kurang karena klub masih banyak yang belum mempunyai sponsor kebanyakan hanya iuran klub dan dilihat dari pengadaan sarana prasarana klub di DKI jakarta masih banyak yang belum mempunyai sarana latihan sendiri. *ABSTRACT* The purpose of this study aims to determine the organization based on the components of the bolavoli management structure in the DKI Jakarta area. Furthermore, this study looks at the description of the club in DKI Jakarta In terms of organizational structure, the club has bylaws, club legality, work plans and budgets. This research is descriptive research with qualitative methods. In this study, the population is all clubs in the DKI Jakarta area. The sampling technique in the study used data collection techniques through filling out questionnaires. The samples in this study were 26 volleyball clubs in DKI Jakarta. The instrument used in this research is filling out the club's google form questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis with data exposure in the form of percentages. The results of the study concluded that: the bolavoli club in DKI Jakarta in terms of the club's organizational structure shows that the management structure already exists, the club's basic budget is seen from the club's legality, namely the club in DKI Jakarta has been legalized as a legal entity, the work plan is seen from the training that is carried out regularly, it has been practiced regularly and seen from the tryouts that have been carried out, the budget is seen from the funding in the club as club funding in DKI Jakarta is still lacking because there are still many clubs that do not have sponsors, mostly only club dues and seen from the procurement of club infrastructure in DKI Jakarta is still lacking.
