Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran pengelasan SMAW di SMK Generasi Mandiri yang berbentuk jobsheet pengelasan SMAW berbasis qr-code terintegrasi video tutorial. Dengan dibuatnya media jobsheet ini diharapkan menjadi referensi media pembelajaran dan menjadi media yang layak digunakan pada proses pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran pelajaran pekerjaan dasar teknik mesin. Media jobsheet berbasis qr-code terintegrasi video tutorial dinilai layak dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah secara teori dan praktikum. Pengembangan media pembelajaran menggunakan metode pengembangan model 4D yang terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu 1) Pendefinisian, 2) Perancangan, 3) Pengembangan, 4) Penyebarluasan dan menghasilkan sebuah produk jobsheet berbasis qr-code terintegrasi video tutorial dan telah disesuaikan dengan standar rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP). Dari hasil pengembangan dihasilkan sebuah produk jobsheet pengelasan SMAW berbasis qr-code terintegrasi video tutorial. Dari hasil uji kelayakan melalui 3 tahap yaitu pertama, produk diuji validitas kelayakan oleh para ahli materi dan mendapatkan hasil dengan presentase 89,1%, kedua produk diuji validitas kelayakan oleh ahli media dan mendapatkan hasil dengan presentase 87,8%, ketiga produk diuji cobakan kepada responden yaitu siswa dan mendapatkan hasil dengan presentase 86,7%. Berdasarkan hasil uji kelayakan dari sasaran pada penelitian dapat disimpulkan jobsheet pengelasan SMAW berbasis qr-code terintegrasi video tutorial dikategorikan sangat layak sebagai media pembelajaran yang dapat membantu proses pembelajaran. ***** This research aims to develop SMAW welding learning media at SMK Generasi Mandiri in the form of QR-code-based SMAW welding jobsheets integrated video tutorials. With the creation of this jobsheet media, it is expected to be a reference for learning media and become a suitable media for use in the learning process in the subjects of basic mechanical engineering work. Integrated qr-code-based jobsheet media, video tutorials are considered feasible in the learning process in schools in theory and practicum. The development of learning media uses a 4D model development method consisting of four stages, namely 1) Defining, 2) Designing, 3) Development, 4) Disseminating and producing a qr-code-based jobsheet product integrated with video tutorials and has been adjusted to the standard learning implementation plan (RPP). From the results of the development, a QAW-based SMAW welding jobsheet product was produced based on integrated video tutorials. From the results of the feasibility test through 3 stages, namely first, the product was tested for feasibility validity by material experts and obtained results with a percentage of 89.1%, both products were tested for feasibility validity by media experts and obtained results with a percentage of 87.8%, the three products were tested on respondents, namely students and got results with a percentage of 86.7%. Based on the feasibility test results of the targets in the research, it can be concluded that QR-code-based SMAW welding jobsheets are integrated video tutorials are categorized as very feasible as learning media that can help the learning process.
