Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kesiapan kerja. penelitian ini mengukur variabel kesiapan kerja, bimbingan karir, soft skill, motivasi kerja dan praktik kerja industri. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Sampel menggunakan siswa kelas XII SMKN 20 Jakarta dari seluruh jurusan. teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan software IBM SPSS Statistics 25 dan model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang menggunakan software IBM SPSS AMOS 25 Graphics. Hasil pengujian dari hipotesis menunjukan bahwa bimbingan karir tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja. motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja. soft skill berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja. praktik kerja industri berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja. soft skill berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja, praktik kerja industri berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja dan bimbingan karir berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja. Kata kunci: kesiapan kerja, bimbingan karir, soft skill, motivasi kerja, praktik kerja industri. *** This study aims to determine the factors that can affect work readiness. This study measures the variables of work readiness, career guidance, soft skill, work motivation and industrial work practices. This study uses the quantitative method with primary and secondary data collection techniques. The sample uses class XII students at SMKN 20 Jakarta from all majors. Data analysis techniques in this study used IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using IBM SPSS AMOS 25 Graphics software. The test result of the hypothesis shows that career guidance not affect work readiness. Work motivation affect work readiness. Soft skill affect work motivation. Industrial work practices affect work motivation. Soft skill affect work readiness. Industrial work practices affect work readiness and career guidance affect work motivation.
