Abstract

Monitoring merupakan suatu kegiatan mengamati suatu keadaan atau kondisi, termasuk juga perilaku atau kegiatan tertentu, dengan tujuan agar semua data masukan atau informasi yang diperoleh dari hasil pengamatan tersebut dapat menjadi landasan dalam mengambil keputusan tindakan selanjutnya yang diperlukan. Saat ini, pemberian informasi oleh pihak sekolah SLB B/C Cempaka Putih kepada wali murid dilakukan melalui aplikasi Whatsapp yang memiliki keterbatasan dalam format dan detail serta resiko hilangnya atau terlewat pesan. Dalam rangka meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi, penelitian ini menyajikan solusi berupa pengembangan Sistem Informasi Monitoring Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Berbasis Website yang bertujuan yang memudahkan guru dalam pemberian hasil belajar peserta didik kepada wali murid, dan wali murid dapat dengan mudah melihat perkembangan hasil belajar anaknya di sekolah. Sistem Informasi Monitoring Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik SLB B/C Cempaka Putih ini dikembangkan dengan metode Waterfall yang terdiri dari lima tahapan, yaitu Requirement Definition, Systems and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and Systems Testing, dan Operation and Maintenance. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil observasi dan wawancara kepada Kepala Sekolah SLB B/C Cempaka Putih. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Black Box Testing dalam pengujian sistemnya secara fungsional dan hasil pengujian sistem, seluruh fungsi berjalan dengan baik. Kemudian metode System Usability Scale (SUS) untuk mengukur tingkat usability pengguna diperoleh hasil 73,63% yakni Acceptable (Diterima). Sistem Informasi Monitoring Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) B/C Cempaka Putih ini diharapkan mampu dalam membantu proses monitoring dengan baik di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) B/C Cempaka Putih. ***** Monitoring is an activity of observing a situation or condition, including certain behaviors or activities, with the aim that all input data or information obtained from the results of these observations can become the basis for making decisions on the next necessary actions. Currently, SLB B / C Cempaka Putih School provides information to parents through the Whatsapp application, which has limitations in terms of format and detail, as well as the risk of lost or missed messages. In order to improve the effectiveness of communication, this research presents a solution in the form of developing a website-based student learning outcomes monitoring information system that aims to make it easier for teachers to provide student learning outcomes to student guardians, and student guardians can easily see the progress of their children's learning outcomes at school. This SLB B/C Cempaka Putih Student Learning Outcomes Monitoring Information System has been developed using the waterfall method, which consists of five stages, namely requirement definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, and operation and maintenance. The data used in this research are the results of observations and interviews with the Principal of SLB B / C Cempaka Putih. This research uses the black box testing method in functional testing of the system and the results of system testing, all functions run well. Then the System Usability Scale (SUS) method to measure the level of user usability obtained a result of 73.63%, namely Acceptable. The Information System for Monitoring the Learning Results of Students at Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) B / C Cempaka Putih is expected to be able to assist the monitoring process properly at Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) B / C Cempaka Putih.
