Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kefektifan model latihan daya ledak tendangan berbasis samsak digital pada berladiri teakwondo. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) yang mengadopsi dari teori Borg and Gall 10 tahapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen samsak digital sedangkan teknik analis data menggunakan metode eksperimen desain. Subjek penelitan ini berjumlah 70 atlet usia 16 tahun yang terdiri dari kelompok kontrol (n=35) dan kelompok eksperimen (n=35). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan output Independent Samples Test, diperoleh nilai Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 < 0,05. Maka model latihan daya ledak tendangan berbasis samsak digital pada berladiri teakwondo memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan, sedangkan untuk menguji kefektifan penerapan model latihan menggunakan dengan menghitung skor N-Gain, dengan nilai rata-rata kelompok kontrol 26.85%, tidak efektif sedangkan kelompok eksperimen 68.1% cukup efektif. Selain itu, penelitian ini menghasilkan produk model latihan daya ledak tendangan dollyo chagi berbasis samsak digital pada berladiri teakwondo yang terdiri dari 45 item model latihan. Dari 45 item model latihan yang sudah di validasi oleh 3 ahli yaitu ahli kepelatihan, pelatih taekwondo, dan pelatih taekwondo. Kesimpulan model latihan daya ledak tendangan berbasis samsak digital pada berladiri teakwondo terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan efektif dapat meningkatkan daya ledak tendangan pada berladiri teakwondo dan menghasilkan 45 produk item model latihan latihan daya ledak tendangan berbasis samsak digital pada berladiri teakwondo. Kata Kunci : Model Latihan, Daya Ledak, Tendangan Dollyo Chagi, Samsak Digital This study aims to develop and test the effectiveness of a digital bag-based kick explosive power training model in teakwondo. The method used is research and development (Research and Development) which adopts the 10-stage Borg and Gall theory. This study used a digital punching bag instrument while the data analysis technique used the experimental design method. The subjects of this research amounted to 70 athletes aged 16 years consisting of a control group (n = 35) and an experimental group (n = 35). The results of the study showed the Independent Samples Test output, obtained the value Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 <0.05. So the digital bag-based kick explosive power training model in teakwondo martial arts has a significant influence, while to test the effectiveness of the application of the training model using by calculating the N-Gain score, with an average value of 26.85% control group, ineffective while the experimental group is 68.1% quite effective. In addition, this study produced a digital bag-based dollyo chagi kick explosive power training model product in teakwondo martial arts consisting of 45 training model items. Of the 45 training model items that have been validated by 3 experts, namely coaching experts, taekwondo coaches, and taekwondo coaches. The conclusion is that the digital punching bagbased kick explosive power training model in taekwondo martial arts has a significant and effective effect on increasing kick explosive power in taekwondo martial arts and produces 45 products of the digital punching bag-based kick explosive power training model in taekwondo martial arts.
