Abstract

Noviarini. Pengaruh Keaktifan Mahasiswa dalam Berorganisasi Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Mahasiswa. Skripsi, Jakarta : Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Busana Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keaktifan berorganisasi dengan kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Prodi S1 Pendidikan Tata Busana dan D4 Desain Mode Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan metode survei, dengan populasi penelitian yaitu mahasiswa SI Pendidikan Tata Busana dan D4 Desain Mode Universitas Negeri Jakarta angkatan 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, dan 2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Proportionate stratified random sampling dengan jumlah responden penelitian sebanyak 186 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Indikator keaktifan mahasiswa dalam berorganisasi yaitu ciri-ciri keaktifan mahasiswa dalam berorganisasi dengan item sebanyak 23 item dan indikator kesiapan kerja yaitu ciri-ciri kesiapan kerja sebanyak 24 item. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai chi square hitung sebesar 18.886 dan nilai chi square tabel untuk df=2 pada signifikansi 5% atau 0.05 sebesar 5.991. Maka chi square 18.886 > 5.991 (chi square tabel), yang berarti terdapat pengaruh anatara keaktifan mahasiswa dalam berorganisasi terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Tata Busana dan D4 Desain Mode Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This study aims to see how on the influence of organizational activity on the work readiness of students of the fashion design study program, at Jakarta State University. The design of this study was a quantitative correlation with the survey method, with the study population namely students of IS Fashion Education and D4 Fashion Design, Jakarta State University class of 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. The sampling technique used was Proportionate stratified random sampling with total research respondents of as many as 186 people. Data collection was carried out using a scale of student activity in organizing, namely the characteristics of student activity in organizing according with 23 items and the work readiness scale, namely the characteristics of work readiness according, there were 24 items. The analysis technique used is chi-square. The results showed that the calculated chi-square value was 18,886 and the table chi-square value for df = 2 at a significance of 5% or 0.05 was 5,991. Then the chi-square is 18,886 > 5,991 (chi-square table), which means that there is an influence between the activeness of students in organizing on the work readiness of students of S1 Fashion Design Education and D4 Fashion Design, Jakarta State University.
