Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui kompetensi-kompetensi yang dibutuhkan untuk menjadi ahli muda keselamatan konstruksi pada proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung bertingkat di DKI Jakarta guna mengurangi kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Februari sampai dengan Agustus Tahun 2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 30 responden berupa tenaga kerja bidang Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3). Kriteria responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga kerja K3 konstruksi gedung dengan pengalaman kerja di bidang K3 konstruksi gedung ≥ 2 Tahun atau yang sudah memiliki sertifikat kompetensi kerja (SKK) bidang K3 konstruksi minimal pada tingkat ahli muda. Instrument penelitian diuji coba kepada 7 tenaga kerja bidang K3 pada proyek konstruksi gedung di luar sampel. Uji coba instrument dilakukan dengan uji validitas menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus alpha. Penyusunan instrument penelitian didasarkan pada SKKNI No. 60 Tahun 2022 dan dikembangkan melalui studi literatur pada jurnal dan literatur tentang K3 konstruksi gedung. Berdasarkan revisi hasil uji coba instrument, 41 butir pernyataan dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan dalam kuesioner penelitian ini. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif pada pengisian kuesioner didapatkan bahwa seluruh butir pernyataan kompetensi dinyatakan sangat penting untuk dimiliki oleh ahli muda keselamatan konstruksi. Pada masing-masing aspek kompetensi diperoleh peringkat teratas kompetensi. Pada kompetensi pengetahuan yaitu tenaga ahli muda keselamatan konstruksi dapat mengidentifikasi bahaya di proyek konstruksi gedung bertingkat. Pada kompetensi keterampilan yaitu tenaga ahli muda keselamatan konstruksi dapat mendemonstrasikan penggunaan alat pelindung diri dengan tepat dan pada kompetensi sikap yaitu tenaga ahli muda keselamatan konstruksi harus memprioritaskan keselamatan saat bekerja. Jakarta: Building Engineering Education Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Jakarta.This research aims to identify the competencies required to become a young construction safety expert on multi-story building construction projects in DKI Jakarta in order to reduce workplace accidents. The study was conducted from February to August 2023. The research methodology employed in this study is a descriptive quantitative research method. The sample consisted of 30 respondents who are workers in the field of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). The criteria for respondents in this study are OHS workers in building construction with a minimum of 2 years of experience in OHS construction or those who already possess a competency certificate (SKK) in the field of OHS construction at the junior expert level. The research instrument was piloted with 7 OHS workers on building construction projects outside of the sample. The pilot test of the instrument was conducted using validity testing through the Pearson product-moment correlation formula and reliability testing using the alpha formula. The development of the research instrument was based on SKKNI No. 60 of 2022 and was further developed through a literature review of journals and literature related to building construction OHS. Based on the revised results of the instrument pilot test, 41 statement items were deemed suitable for use in this research questionnaire. The results of descriptive statistical analysis on the questionnaire responses revealed that all competency statement items were considered highly important for young construction safety experts to possess. In each competency aspect, the top ranking competencies were identified. Under the knowledge competency, young construction safety experts were able to identify hazards on multi-story building construction projects. Under the skill competency, young construction safety experts were able to demonstrate the correct use of personal protective equipment, and under the attitude competency, they prioritized safety while working.
