Abstract

Model Continuous Review System merupakan model probabilistik yang bertujuan untuk menentukan jumlah pemesanan yang optimum dan biaya total persediaan yang minimum. Dalam model Continuous Review System terdapat dua kebijakan yang digunakan, yaitu kebijakan Backorder dan kebijakan Lost Sales. Pada skripsi ini, harga bahan baku, biaya pesan, biaya simpan, dan biaya kekurangan persediaan akan didefinisikan sebagai bilangan fuzzy trapesium. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pengembangan terhadap model Continuous Review System, yaitu model Fuzzy Continuous Review System (FCRS). Model FCRS merupakan model yang variabelnya didefinisikan ke dalam fuzzy. Proses defuzzifikasi pada pengembangan model dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode signed distance. Hasil studi kasus pada usaha keripik singkong UKM Tungku Sanjai Minang Manimbau menunjukkan bahwa model FCRS dengan kebijakan Backorder memiliki jumlah pemesanan optimum sebesar 1.489 sak dan biaya total sebesar Rp521.288.733,00 lebih baik dibandingkan dengan model FCRS dengan kebijakan Lost Sales yang memiliki jumlah pemesanan optimum sebe- sar 1.488 sak dan biaya total sebesar Rp521.289.867,00. **** The Continuous Review System model is a probabilistic model that aims to determine the optimal number of orders and minimum total inventory costs. In the Continuous Review System model, there are two policies used, namely the Backorder policy and the Lost Sales policy. In this thesis, raw material prices, ordering costs, holding costs, and stockout costs will be defined as trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. Therefore, a Continuous Review System model was developed, namely the Fuzzy Continuous Review System (FCRS) model. The FCRS model is a model which variables are defined into fuzzy. The process of defuzzification in model development is carried out using the signed distance method. The results of a case study on the cassava chips business of UKM Tungku Sanjai Minang Manimbau show that the FCRS model with a Backo rder policy has an optimum number of orders is 1,489 sacks and the total cost is IDR 521,288,733.00 which is better than the FCRS model with a Lost Sales policy which has a total number of orders the optimum is 1,488 sacks and the total cost is IDR 521,289,867.00.
