Abstract

Produktivitas kelapa sawit di Indonesia masih relatif rendah dengan estimasi rata-rata tidak lebih dari 3,9 ton per hektare. Tingkat produktivitas yang rendah ini dapat dipicu oleh rendahnya kualitas bibit kelapa sawit yang digunakan. Pemilihan jenis bibit kelapa sawit yang unggul perlu dilakukan setiap akan memulai pembudidayaan kelapa sawit. Dalam memilih bibit kelapa sawit yang baik terdapat berbagai kriteria yang perlu diperhatikan. Untuk menentukan prioritas kriteria yang mempengaruhi dalam pemilihan bibit kelapa sawit ini perlu dilakukan perhitungan bobot baik dari setiap kriteria, sub-kriteria, maupun alternatif jenis bibit yang dapat digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (F-ANP) yang merupakan gabungan antara fuzzy dan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP). Metode F-ANP ini dapat mengatasi kesalahan yang kerap terjadi saat memberikan nilai dengan sifat yang subjektif. Penelitian menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan (PPL) Kabupaten Bangka. Dengan menggunakan metode F-ANP ini dapat diketahui bahwa kriteria yang sangat dipertimbangkan dalam memilih jenis bibit kelapa sawit yang unggul adalah kriteria batang bibit dengan bobot 0,5827 diikuti dengan sub-kriteria batang bibit gemuk dan pendek dan batang berdiameter 6,5-6,8 cm yang juga memperoleh bobot paling besar dibandingkan sub-kriteria lainnya yaitu, berturut-turut, 0,0773 dan 0,0751. Prioritas alternatif jenis bibit kelapa sawit yang unggul diperoleh jenis bibit DXP Socfindo dengan perolehan bobot terbesar dibandingkan jenis bibit lainnya, yaitu 0,1681. **** The productivity of palm oil in Indonesia is still relatively low, with an average estimate of no more than 3.9 tons per hectare. This low level of productivity can be triggered by the low quality of the oil palm seeds used. The selection of superior types of oil palm seeds needs to be done every time you start cultivating oil palm. The oil palm seeds used must be of good quality, which can determine the success of the plants and the quality of the harvest produced, so that the productivity of the oil palm can increase. In choosing good oil palm seeds, there are various criteria that need to be considered. To determine the priority of the criteria that affect the selection of oil palm seeds, it is necessary to calculate the weight of each criterion, sub-criteria, and alternative types of seeds that can be used. This study uses the Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (F-ANP) method, which is a combination of fuzzy and Analytic Network Process (ANP) methods. This F-ANP method can overcome errors that often occur when assigning values with subjective properties. The study used a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire, which was distributed to Agricultural Field Extension (PPL) Bangka Regency. By using the F-ANP method, it can be seen that the criteria that are highly considered in selecting superior types of oil palm seeds are the criteria for seedling stems with a weight of 0.5827, followed by the sub-criteria for thick and short seedling stems and stems with a diameter of 6.5–6.8 cm, which also received the most weight compared to the other sub-criteria that are, respectively, 0.0773 and 0.0751. The superior priority for alternative types of oil palm seeds was obtained from DXP Socfindo seeds with the highest weight gain compared to other types of seeds, namely 0.1681.
