Abstract

Pendidikan berperan di hampir segala lapisan kehidupan, termasuk kemajuan suatu negara. Selanjutnya, dampak dari suatu pendidikan tidak hanya di sektor pendidikan itu sendiri, namun juga di sektor ekonomi, sumber daya manusia dan kemajuan suatu negara. Konsekuensi akibat rendahnya kualitas pendidikan cukup banyak, mulai dari sektor mikro hingga sektor makro. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa di SMKN 20 Jakarta. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS 26, dan regresi linear berganda sebagai teknik analisis untuk penelitian ini. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 134 responden siswa-siswa jurusan Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran kelas X, XI, dan XII. Data yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini merupakan data primer berbentuk kuesioner melalui forms office menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan guru-siswa, gaya mengajar, lingkungan sekolah, dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa secara parsial dan simultan. Kata Kunci: Prestasi Belajar Siswa, Hubungan Guru-Siswa, Gaya Mengajar, Lingkungan Sekolah, Lingkungan Keluarga *** Education plays a role in almost all walks of life, including the progress of a country. Furthermore, the impact of education is not only in the education sector itself but also in the economic sector, human resources, and the progress of a country. The consequences of the low quality of education are numerous, ranging from the micro sector to the macro sector. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence student achievement at SMKN 20 Jakarta. The research was carried out using quantitative methods, using the IBM SPSS 26. The sample in this study was 134 respondents from students majoring in Online Business and Marketing for grades X, XI, and XII. The data used for this study is primary data in the form of a questionnaire via office forms using a Likert scale. The results showed that the student-teacher relationship, teaching style, school environment, and family environment influenced student achievement partial and simultan.
