Abstract

Electronic Learning (E-Learning) atau pembelajaran elektronik telah diterima secara luas sebagai alat bantu dalam kegiatan pembelajaran terutama dalam sektor pendidikan tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan siswa, sebanyak 78,6% menyatakan bahwa mereka lebih sering menggunakan internet sebagai sumber belajar. Siswa membutuhkan media pembelajaran digital yang dapat membantu dalam memahami materi fisika. Hanya 28,6% siswa yang menjawab soal Scientific Inquiry Literacy (ScInqLi) dengan benar, artinya kemampuan siswa dalam hal ini sangatlah rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan E-Learning berbasis masalah yang reliabel untuk meningkatkan scientific inquiry literacy. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE. Media E-Learning dan instrumen ScInqLi diuji reliabilitasnya menggunakan Rasch Model, dan diperoleh hasil bahwa media dan instrumen yang dikembangkan reliabel untuk digunakan. Hasil penelitian pada kelas eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan ScInqLi dari skor post-test yang meningkat lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan skor pre-test dan dengan skor N-gain sebesar 0,72 pada kategori tinggi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa E-Learning berbasis PBL reliabel untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran fisika yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan scientific inquiry literacy siswa. **** Electronic Learning (E-Learning) has been widely accepted as a tool in learning activities, especially in the higher education sector. Based on the results of the analysis of students' needs, as much as 78.6% stated that they more often use the internet as a learning resource. Students need digital learning media that can help them to understand physics materials. Only 28.6% of students answered Scientific inquiry literacy (ScInqLi) questions correctly, meaning that students' ability in this regard was very low. The aim of this research is to produce reliable Problem-based E-Learning to improve scientific inquiry literacy. This research is a development research using the ADDIE model. E-Learning media and ScInqLi instruments were tested for reliability using the Rasch Model, and it was found that the media and instruments developed were reliable to use. The results of the study in the experimental class showed that there was an increase in ScInqLi from the post-test scores which increased higher than the pre-test scores and with an N-gain score of 0.72 in the high category. It can be concluded that Problem-based E-Learning is reliable to be used as a physics learning media that can improve students' scientific inquiry literacy skills.
