Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara keseluruhan bagaimana kegiatan dan peran pendamping program Jakpreneur dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat di Kecamatan Kramat Jati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, bahwa pendamping telah menjalankan pendampingan sesuai dengan yang tertera pada Peraturan Gubernur DKI Jakarta tentang Penyelenggaraan Pengembangan Kewirausahaan Terpadu No 2 Tahun 2020. Tetapi dalam pelaksanaan memberikan ide kreatif sedikit terhambat karena ditemukan anggota yang kurang pemahaman mengenai pentingnya inovasi produk untuk menarik konsumen. Lalu pada motivasi dan perubahan pola kewirausahaan, masih ditemukan anggota yang memiliki motivasi rendah dan tidak percaya diri terhadap produk usaha yang dimiliki. ***** This study aims to describe how the mentoring activities and the role of the Jakpreneur program mentors are in community empowerment in Kramat Jati. The research method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the mentor has carried out his duties in accordance with what is stated in the Peraturan Gubernur DKI Jakarta No 2 Tahun 2020 about the Implementation of Integrated Entrepreneurship Development chapter 16 regarding expert mentoring which is mentoring participants of Jakpreneur Program in order that they could improve their marketing strategies and financial reports, have information to financial capital, provide creative and innovative ideas in business, motivate and change entrepreneurial mindset, help solve business problems, and develop a good business actor. However, the implementation of giving creative ideas was a bit obstacle because it was found that participants lacked understanding of the importance of product innovation to attract consumers. Then regarding to motivation and entrepreneurial mindset, there are still participants who have low motivation and are not confident about the products they have.
