Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konflik peran ganda ibu berprofesi perawat di RSUP Persahabatan Jakarta Timur dari masa pandemi ke endemi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni 2023 sampai Agustus 2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, dan jenis metode penelitian bersifat Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). Dari populasi 850 perawat dan bidan, peneliti mengambil sebanyak 8 sampel sebagai responden primer yang diwawancarai secara langsung.engambilan sample ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, yaitu ibu berprofesi perawat yang memiliki anak balita di RS Persahabatan Jakarta Timur. Teknik pengambilan data primer menggunakan cara wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Sedangkan data sekunder dari informan terkait yaitu masing-masing suami dari perawat tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan kepada 8 responden primer dan 8 responden sekunder dengan menggunakan indikator time based conflict, strain based conflict dan behaviour based conflict maka diketahui bahwa pada saat pandemi waktu untuk keluarga menjadi nomor dua setelah pekerjaan, tuntutan pekerjaan membuat para perawat tertekan dan memerlukan quality time untuk meningkatkan semangatnya dalam bekerja. Selanjutnya, perawat memerlukan strategi untuk menjalani perannya yaitu dengan menggunakan jasa asisten rumah tangga. ***** This study aims to determine the dual role conflict of mothers working as nurses at Persahabatan General Hospital, East Jakarta, from pandemic to endemic. This research was conducted from June 2023 to August 2023. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, and the type of research method is Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). From a population of 850 nurses and midwives, researchers took 8 samples as primary respondents who were interviewed directly. This sample was taken using a purposive sampling method, namely mothers who work as nurses who have children under five at Persahabatan General Hospital, East Jakarta. Primary data collection techniques using in-depth interviews and observation. While secondary data from related informants, namely each husband of the nurse. From the results of research conducted on 8 primary respondents and 8 secondary respondents using indicators of time, strain and behavior based conflict, it is known that during a pandemic, time for family is second only to work, job demands stress nurses and require quality time to improve enthusiasm at work. Furthermore, nurses need strategies to carry out their roles, namely by using the services of household assistants.
