Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan alat penilaian autentik dalam aspek keterampilan yaitu penilaian kinerja atau performance assessment dalam bentuk job sheet yang sesuai dengan Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (SKKNI) pada mata kuliah Teori dan Praktik Ilmu Ukur Tanah I di Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode riset dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D). Model penelitian R&D yang digunakan pada pengembangan ini menggunakan Four-D (4D). Pengembangan dilakukan dengan melalui 4 tahap yang terdiri dari, (1) Define; (2) Design; (3) Development; (4) Disseminate. Penelitian ini menggunakan daftar checklist sebagai instrument pengumpulan data kelayakan produk melalui validasi yang dilakukan ahli, baik dari ahli materi dan ahli evaluasi. Analisis data validasi ahli ini menggunakan rumus nilai rata-rata dan menggunakan rumus validasi isi Aiken’s V guna mengetahui seberapa layak instrument tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil validasi oleh ahli materi, pengembangan job sheet tersebut mendapatkan persentase kelayakan sebesar 91,5% dalam kriteria sangat layak, dan hasil validasi oleh ahli evaluasi mendapatkan persentase kelayakan sebesar 87,24% dalam kriteria sangat layak. Selain itu dilakukan uji penilaian pengguna didapatkan persentase sebesar 85,73% dengan kategori sangat layak. Sehingga job sheet ini sudah dapat digunakan sebagai alat penialian kinerja keterampilan praktik pada mata kuliah Praktik Ilmu Ukur Tanah. ***** This study aims to develop authentic tools of assessment in the skill aspect of performance assessment in the form of job sheet that are adjusted to the National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) in the Surveyors Practice course in the S1 Education of Building Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta. The method used in this research is the Research and Develpomeny method (R&D). The R&D reseach model used in this development uses the Four-D (4D) model. Development is carried out through 4 stages consisting of, (1) Define; (2) Design; (3) Development; (4) Disseminate. This study uses a match list as an instrument for collecting product feasibility data through validation by expert, boh from material experts and evaluation experts. The expert validation data anaylisis uses the mean value formula, and uses Aiken’s V content validation to find out how feasible the instrument is. Based on the result of validation by material experts, the development of the job sheet received a feasibility percentage of 91,5% in the very feasible criteria, and the validation results by the evaluation expert got a feasibility percentage of 87,24% in the very feasible criteria. In addition, user-assessment test were obtained a percentage of 85,73% in the very feasible criteria. So that the job sheet can be used as a practical performance assessment tool in the Surveyor Practice course.
