Abstract
*** Based on the results of PISA in 2018 it is known that the average score of Indonesian students in all three scores, math, science and reading decreased compared to the results of PISA Indonesia in 2015. Based on these results, there are problems such as changes that provide the link between response change that can be addressed by modeling them. The problem with PISA data becomes more complex where random influence has hierarchical or multilevel data and the response change is multivariate. Research was conducted to apply multivariate multilevel models to determine factors that have significant influence on all three PISA Indonesia scores. Research uses 15 variables on level-1 (students) and 2 variables on level-2 (school). There are factors that have a significant effect simultaneously on all three PISA Indonesia scores, namely the level of student education, home facilities, student behavior in school, mother education, and school location. Based on the value of R2 earned by 13.2% of diversity is able to be explained by a fixed effect on the student’s level, while 54.4% on the school’s level. Further ICC scores were obtained at 0.468 which means that random effect at the school level is 46.8%.
