Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan business center pada kelas X Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran di SMKN 50 Jakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, peneliti mendapatkan data hasil penelitian melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian ini berjumlah 14 orang yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, ketua Kompetensi Keahlian Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran, pengelola business center, pengelola unit produksi, tenaga pendidik, serta 6 peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, efektivitas penggunaan business center pada kelas X Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran di SMKN 50 Jakarta sudah efektif, namun ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan karena belum berjalan dengan maksimal. Hal tersebut ditinjau dari beberapa indikator efektivitas yang meliputi: (1) input efektivitas penggunaan business center dinilai sudah efektif, pengguna business center yaitu guru dan siswa. Fasilitas business center SMKN 50 Jakarta sudah cukup lengkap meskipun masih terdapat kekurangan. Tata ruang business center sudah cukup rapi dan penempatan produk sesuai dengan kategorinya. Manajemen business center SMKN 50 Jakarta sudah cukup baik dan terdapat struktur organisasi yang jelas. (2) proses efektivitas penggunaan business center dinilai sudah cukup efektif, kegiatan praktik berjalan sesuai dengan prosedur meskipun Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) belum tersedia secara tertulis di ruang business center. Terdapat beberapa siswa yang tidak menaati tata tertib business center. Praktik berlangsung sesuai dengan jadwal yang sudah ditetapkan. (3) output efektivitas penggunaan business center dinilai sudah efektif, kegiatan praktik berjalan sesuai dengan prosedur dan tujuan business center. Hasil dari praktik dapat memberikan manfaat bagi sekolah maupun warga sekolah. Kata kunci: Efektivitas, Business Center, Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran *** This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using business center in class X Online Business and Marketing at SMKN 50 Jakarta. The type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Researchers obtain research data through interviews, observation, and documentation. There were 14 informants in this study consisting of school principals, vice principal, heads of the Online Business and Marketing Skills Competency, business center administrators, production unit managers, teaching staff, and 6 students. Based on research results, the effectiveness of using business center in class X Online Business and Marketing at SMKN 50 Jakarta has been effective, but there are a number of things that need attention because they have not run optimally. This is reviewed from several indicators of effectiveness which include: (1) input effectiveness of using business center considered effective, user business center are teachers and students. Facility of business center SMKN 50 Jakarta is quite complete although there are still deficiencies. Spatial of the business center is neat enough and product placement is in accordance with its category. Management of business center SMKN 50 Jakarta is quite good and there is a clear organizational structure. (2) process effectiveness of using business center is considered to be quite effective, practice activities were carried out in accordance with procedures even though Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) were not yet available in the business center. There are some students who do not obey the rules of the business center. Practices take place according to a predetermined schedule. (3) output effectiveness of using business center considered to be effective, practice activities are running in accordance with procedures and objectives business center.
