Abstract

Masih kurangnya tingkat kepedulian perusahaan terhadap lingkungan, peneliti tertarik untuk mengambil topik penelitian yang berjudul "Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Keuangan dengan Kinerja Lingkungan sebagai Variabel Intervening". Kinerja lingkungan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan proxy rating dari perusahaan peserta PROPER. Objek penelitian yang digunakan adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan juga ikut serta dalam penilaian PROPER sepanjang tahun 2021-2022. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dewan komisaris dan faktor kepemilikan institusional yang tidak dapat mempengaruhi kinerja lingkungan, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja lingkungan, kinerja lingkungan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROA), kinerja lingkungan tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara dewan komisaris dan kepemilikan institusional terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROA), Kinerja lingkungan mampu memediasi hubungan antara ukuran perusahaan dan kinerja keuangan (ROA). Kata Kunci: Environmental performance,Kepemilikan Institusional,Dewan Komisaris,Firm Size,Kinerja Keuangan, ROA *** There is still a lack of a company's level of concern for the environment, researchers are interested in taking the research topic entitled "Factors Influencing Financial Performance with Environmental Performance as Intervening Variables". Environmental performance in this study uses a proxy rating of companies participating in PROPER. The research object used is a company that is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and also participates in the PROPER assessment throughout 2021-2022. The results of this study indicate that the board of commissioners and institutional ownership factors that cannot affect environmental performance, firm size has a significant positive effect on environmental performance, environmental performance has a significant positive effect on financial performance (ROA), environmental performance is unable to mediate the relationship between the board of commissioners and institutional ownership to financial performance (ROA), environmental performance is able to mediate the relationship between firm size and financial performance (ROA).
